I stayed in this hostel for one night. The place in the city is really great, right next to the central park. The access is a little hard to find at first but once you find it it leads directly to the hostel. The staff was real great, attentive to anything you might request. The common room is huge and makes it great to talk on evenings with your friends (of you're not going out in the city), or if you wanna work or read. I took the shared room and the room was pretty big and spacious. The bed was really comfy and you have a locker to put your bags in it. The bathroom was really clean and modern. I do recommend very highly this place to stay for one or more nights.

Top bunks did not have curtains that reached the ceiling, so light would easily come through if an inconsiderate person turned on the lights late at night. And yes, there were inconsiderate guests during my stay.

Dorm, bathroom, common areas were all extremely clean and well maintained. No weird smells or dampness from humidity. Sheets are clean. The slippers they have you change in to are scrubbed with soap and water - I ran in to one of the housekeepers doing this. No street noise from dorm. Staff is friendly and helpful - my bags that I had left early in the morning were even brought to my dorm and placed into my locker when I returned later to check in.

Everything about the property was amazing. The staff is friendly; the dorms and facilities are spacious, well designed and very clean; the location is great. There are even snacks for grabs in the common area. Recommend this stay to anyone!

We had an excellent stay at Jezreel Inn. The inn is situated on the 12th floor with a grant view across Kaohsiung. The frontdesk staff has been very helpful and is always available to assist. The location is also super central. Rooms are well maintained, cleaned during your stay and actually soundproofed which is definitely not a given in Taiwan. During our 4 week trip across Taiwan, this was the stay we were most overwhelmed by in terms of bang for you buck. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

One of the nicest hostels I stayed in Taiwan! The space is so beautiful - it’s on the 12th floor so you get a great view of Kaohsiung. The lounge area is really nice, and you can tell that they really cared about the details. The bathrooms are really clean and well maintained, and very spacious! But most of all, the people running the hostel are really kind. The owner and the staff always asked me what I was going to do for the day or offered suggestions, and especially shoutout to Hazel who was so lovely and would chat with me :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Jezreel Inn. It was one of the best hostels in Taiwan I stayed at. With a lovely view, kind staff, great location and super comfy beds.

I loved it here ! Great view and chill atmosphere , exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff and the staff really keep on top of everything. All the staff I met were very friendly and you can see a lot of attentions were paid on the details : the design at the common area, the sockets and the tiny shelf next to you on the bed which would give you so much convenience. Excellent facilities, free coffee and snacks. You don’t regret staying in this hostel.

The AC doesn't reach the bathroom, so it's really hot inside. It would be great if the hostel could change this.

Honestly one of the best hostels I've ever stayed. The place is incredible, beautiful, spacious, lots of shared facilities. Room is big, comfy. Free laundry available and great staff. 100% recommended!

The environment is so clean, even the free tea bags and snacks are neatly arranged. The bed is big enough for me to put some personal items. The bed frame is very stable, it won't shake when you turn over. The room is usually quiet, so the sleeping quality would be very good 👍 The lounge area next to the living room has many comfortable sofas and tv for customer to get a drink and chat, super chill! Also, the staff is so friendly, made me feel at home!
