I had a room with big window instead of wall, great view. Also the staff is extremely nice , plus you get fancy L'occitane soap and shower gel.

For a city hotel this place punches above its weight. Excellent cost for the level of comfort and facilities provided. Bed was super comfortable, great view, quiet, free laundry facilities, free snacks, L'Occitane soap. I was really impressed.

The shower water pressure was awful and made for a poor shower experience. The water temperature also fluctuated during the shower and assisted in the poor experience.

Dryer was out of service. There wasn't really a free snack selection available. Bathroom was open (visible) to the room. Expensive for New Year (although everywhere else was too)

Staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were nice. Snacks (along with a note) were provided for New Year. Washing machine was free. Convenient to various shops / shopping areas.

Not really anything! The elevators were a bit slow, as only a few service a very large building, but it wasn't a big deal at all.

I booked the ladies dorm, as I was travelling alone. It was exactly what I needed. A very comfortable bed and doona, enough space to lay out two luggages and a small fridge. The bathrooms were very clean and had L'Occitane products and Dyson hair dryers. They provide free snacks and coffee in a lounge area as well. It was great to have a more economic option when travelling alone!

Breakfast choice could be better, especially that the main one involved McDonalds.

Location was really good, 5 min walk from the MRT Blue Line. The rooms were comfortable. The staff was superb. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help you with any questions.

The size of the room was very small. We booked the room for 4 adults, but we do not have space to place our luggage. I think we were deceived by the pictures on the booking.com website. What we saw was not the room we got. I did manage to see the same room that was displayed during the housekeeping cleaning. It was much bigger. Secondly, the shower area did not make any sense. The bathtub should be removed and changed to a standing shower area. Because of this, the bathroom floor was always wet. Third, the plugs were not international plugs. Luckily, we could rent adapters from the Front Office. We will definitely stay in this hotel again, but I will have to take 2 rooms.

The convience of the location is amazing. The Front Office staff were all friendly and were able to converse in English. Even the building security was friendly. The pantry area was good and a smoking area just beside it made it amazing.

My room was right next to reception and a common area so I could hear people talking outside my room and seemingly making endless coffees on the machine despite signs by staff saying not to use the machine during certain times.
