Bathroom floor very slippery - whole room is wet from shower. Strange patches of wallpaper on ceiling and walls covering who knows what.

Bed was comfortable and contrary to other reviews we controlled the temperature of the AC unit.

Bad sound insulation. Cleanliness was so so (stains on the wall). A little bit of weird smell but it wasn’t too bad.

Location wise is okay. Room size is fair for two people.

If you disregard the price, the room seems a bit dated. The shower next to the toilet could be better placed because after a shower, you have to wipe down the toilet to use it. There's a weird "mediciny" smell to the room if you don't turn on the AC. It's not mold, it kind smells like an elderly person's home. The AC is a bit noisy, but I didn't mind too much.

The price is the first thing. It was located in a busy/lively area with a lot of great restaurant. The maid service was good. The room, overall was satisfactory.

The mix shower/toilet is awkward. The bed was too hard for me. No hand towels or things to wash hands in the bathroom.

The carpet in my room was dirty as was the window in my room. There also wasn’t anyone at the front desk as they had replaced that with an automated check in process that utilized a camera and speaker system that felt impersonal.

I needed to do some laundry and the staff helped me out by taking time to get me started as they had a washer and dryer. They also had hangars so when my laundry wasn’t completely dry, I hung up what was left to dry

The check-in system was funky, no staff at location. Everything was logical however not easy at the beginning. Bathroom drainage was not well done. Some minor improvements would help.

Room was kept well, they really tried to help with needs such as finding a plug adaptor. location was not exactly ideal but manageable.

The WiFi does have intermittent connections, but nothing that is too detrimental. There are hot showers but these take some time for the water to flow. Again, nothing too deal-breaking as all of these can be mitigated with very little to no effort at all. Oh, no hotel lobby and as little staff manning as possible, this probably helps to keep the prices low.

The location in Linsen North was sufficiently connected by Bus and MRT. Not as connected compared to Ximen Station Hotels, but this trade-off comes at a much lower price. Given that each Bus fare is fixed at NT$15, I'll take the discounted hotel at any time.

if you have never been to taipei, it is difficult to find the location. luckily, we used airport transfer organised by oursinn. the driver took us the the location and told us it's on the 3rd floor. the entry is obscured.

we stayed for 11 nights room as expected self check-in is very easy and self-explanatory location is fantastic. everything is within walking distance. MRT Zhongsan, plenty of places to choose from to eat up to 3 am, laundramat, park for a morning run, gym for workout which cost 100TWD for the entire day also, on the 2nd or 3rd night, the air-conditioned became very noisy in the middle of the night. i informed the reception the next morning. they tried to fix the problem while we were out for the day. we were infomed during the day that they cannot fixed the problem. they immediately moved us to another room with the same window facilty as soon as we returned from our day out.

The bedframe did squeak and felt cheap, and the mattress was not as soft as I wanted. They used a QR code to first enter the facility, but I was having trouble with mine and I had to call their receptionist in order to get inside and confirm my reservation.

It is a clean and comfortable, if a bit small. Originally I think it said there wasn't going to be a window, but then I saw that there was one that was super small and could be covered with a curtain, which I think is better than no window at all.

There was a problem with the bathroom doorknob. One time I couldn’t get out because the doorknob was accidentally locked.

It’s cheap and the staff is helpful.

Smooth and hassle-free check in. For those who are not used to walking, it can feel like it’s quite a walk from Zhongshan MRT station. We felt that way on our way to check in. but we stayed for 3 nights, so other that the first time, it’s quite nice and breazy walk. the room is comfortable, the bathroom is okay. definitely value for money.

The counter staff was very helpful..One of them spoke very good English. Everything.was very clean..A great pity that there was no shower enclosure or curtain, because the whole bathroom was soaked after showering..I never found a way tu switch off the AC which was a little noisy. Linsen.north road has tons of eateries and.is relatively.central.

1. There’s a strong smell of cigarette smoke upon entering. 2. There’s an cigarette ashes inside the drawer! 3. The bathroom is small, shower and toilet are together. 4. There’s a cockroach lying down on the table when we woke!!! 5. The aircondition vent was so dirty! When I told them to clean, they did it but it was still a little dirty.

You get what you pay for! I like the free use of washing machine and there’s a supply of water outside the room.

The shared shower room was humid. remember to bring your own slippers if you stay in a single room. The whole property is full of cigarettes smile.
