Room was quite old, but most disapointing aspect was the staff. Just leaving the bags at the beginning was a bit challenging and they wanted a payment without actualy doing the check in process. Also location on google maps is incorrect, its on the street next to it

Facilities were a bit undermaintained - could obviously see signs of wear especially along the walls and the crevices. Door key card took a few attempts to scan, and the exterior of the building was visibly dirty (could see the dirt in the morning when the sun shone through the window).

Very convenient (right opposite train station, 20min walk from night market). Breakfast was decent. Room was functional and they provided basic amenities (e.g. Toothbrush, shower cap, razor, towel). Hot water was sufficiently hot. Also near multiple convenience stores and food places. Staff were also friendly and tried to help me where they could. Value for money.

Poor sound insulation. I woke up around midnight because someone was talking and laughing in the corridor and it was loud and clear. Even next door guest talking I was able to hear it.

Really opposite the Chiayi train station and convinient to take the bus to Alishan as its only a 2-3 minutes walk away from the hotel. It also has a cinema nearby and the hotel facilities are great (breakfast buffet,water dispenser,laundry room etc.)

The room is a bit old but not a big deal. Only 1 night to get an early train to Alishan.

The location is perfect. Just right opposite with the train and bus station to Alishan. The breakfast is also good and many choices. They allow us to leave our luggage for 3 nights which is very convenient for us to had light pack to Alishan. Thank you so much for the services.

The lift to the hotel is shared by the whole building of a few hotels.

Location...Hotel is just opposite the railway station. Lots of eateries around the hotel. Staff is friendly. Room is clean. Breakfast is good.

It was constantly shaking due to earthquake but of course, not the hotel’s fault. No single fruit at breakfast, watermelon would be nice.

It’s just across the bus stop where we took our ride to Alishan. The staff were nice and comforting.

We stayed here for 2 nights with 1 night away in Alishan. We could leave our bags at the hotel with no issue. Staff is really kind and helpful. Location is great just 2 min walk from train and bus station to Alishan. Breakfast is great too.

Decor was a little dated, and the carpet in our room seemed grubby, but this was minor.

Yoyo was just across the road from Chiayi Station so very convenient for our trips to Alishan. Room was spacious and air-conditioning good. Price was already great, but including a substantial breakfast which changed everyday was just the icing on a cake of great value.

Friendly and accommodating staff. They also let me deposit my luggage before and after my stay. Excellent location if you're planning a day tour on Alishan as the bus and train stations are just across the street. There is also YouBike station nearby great for exploring the city :)

Only bed was a bit uncomfortable for us but someone who prefer harder bed it is okay.

Time for breakfast is 6:30,but they allowed me to eat at 6:00am because I have to catch up the first bus to Alishan.They will also allow you to deposit your luggage before and after check out.Very convenient for tourist.
