    Literally nothing

Amazing bed & breakfast in a lovely house, with a stunning garden and a delicious homemade breakfast. I wish I had stayed longer than a night. It's a truly magical place!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. We felt cared for the whole time we were there! The breakfast is yummy and the bikes available are an excellent way to get around town and get up to the National Park.

    Nothing

We loved the owner and staff, they simply were the best we have ever come across. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The AC is strong and works quickly. The breakfast was simple and delicious.

The breakfast options were limited but you won't starve!

Loved our room and deck. We stayed in the room with a hot tub on a private deck and it was totally worth the extra money! Owner was very helpful with logistics!

Our room was really small for a quadruple. They have a really high surcharge for an additional bed but it's just a futon in the floor. Location is a bit suboptimal if you don't have a car (the town is at the other side of the bridge) and there's quite a lot of traffic noise, but with the windows closed the room was very well insulated.

The B&B is beautifully surrounded by greenery. Very clean rooms. We had a massive and beautiful terrace.

It’s not a luxurious place, but rather a comfortable clean B&B near Taroko.

Great location next to Takoro National Park. Very nice setting. The hot tub and outdoor balcony was a huge plus. Friendly owner. It’s nice that he comes and tells us the weather each morning.

Very comfortable room with wonderful view into the garden and mountains. Very comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Loved the breakfast looking out over the little pond. Rental bicycles were great and perfect for spontaneously cycling about. The host was incredibly kind and it was fascinating to hear about his local community of the Truku tribe.

We had very late arrival and planned to take a taxi from the train station, only to find that there are no taxis at that time. Turned out there was only one car in the parking lot, that of the owner who decided to pick us up!! Couldn't have had a better start ;-) Owner is so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and the staff is also very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. Garden is very nice and the location is so close to the entrance to the Gorge. Again the owner offered to drop us off at the station to rent a scooter (big tip to explore the Gorge). I highly recommend this small family owned hotel

The laundry machines were not well maintained, though requires to pay to utilise.

The spacious room, big bed, heated toilet seats. Rooms were super clean. They have bicycle to lend us to ride round the area.

It was quite far from the train station on foot, so it's best to plan ahead for the sights you want to see.

Our host Teyra is the highlight of this lovely b&b. He is proud to share his heritage as a native of the area, and even welcomed us with a song in his local language. The b&b has a nice bike shack and you can borrow it to go to the Taroko gorge, and in the mornings we enjoyed a homemade local breakfast.

Room as a bit small for the 4 of us.

The owner was really friendly. A smile goes a long way. The bath was nice, even during winter. The location is also great, a couple of kilometres from the first trails.

I traveled there with my family. The location is excellent. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. We actually planned to extend our trip by an additional day, but the last day was rainy so we didn’t stay the extra day. The owners very accommodating. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

    Nothing 🌈

Everything. The owner is really kind and helpful. They serve Taiwanese breakfast and it is delicious!!! On the other hand, the room is clean and cozy with comfy beds and amazing view. The location is just 10-minute ride to Taroko national park but a bit far from Hualien. However, if you are planning a trail at the National Park. This is the place to stay!!!

Located very close to Taroko gorge. The rooms are clean with big windows, beds comfortable, bathroom is really nice. Breakfast was good-eggs, toast, coffee, fruits and vegetables. The owner is friendly and had suggestions for places to see and restaurants to eat at.

The host was exceptional - very helpful when we planned our activities in the Gorge and helped signpost good local restaurants. The place is modern and recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable with all the things we needed for our stay, including daily room cleaning. We really enjoyed our stay! Suaiai tahan

A lovely place, welcoming host. You leave your shoes at the entrance, slippers are available. The room with terrace and outdoor bath is wonderful. We loved the breakfast and the good coffee. Wash machine and dryer service. Bonus: the English day tour trip with Jason Lee in the Taroko gorges, a very great experience.
