Absolutely nothing

Amazing resort Hotel is small with lovely rooms, the rooms are so nice, super comfortable 4 poster beds, very clean and tidy, nice seating area with tea and coffee station available and good bathroom with toiletries, room are very spacious Hotel grounds are just beautiful, lots of trees and plants and of course a tortoise or 2 It’s so quiet and relaxing at this hotel The pool is lovely surrounded by greenery and pool towels available There is so many different places to sit around the hotel tables and chairs in the garden, loungers by the pool even a hammock, it’s nice to walk around the hotel grounds The restaurant has a great variety for all meals and the food is fantastic so hard to choose what to eat I stayed full board so all my meals were included haven’t found anything I didn’t like so far and this is my second time at this hotel this month In the evenings they have a lovely fire lit and is nice to relax on the sofas around the fire after dinner or sit at the bar just facing the restaurant The staff are just fantastic, everyone is so happy, nice and friendly, Frida, Yohane, Rehema, Jeremiah to say a few but really all the staff are just all so helpful, they bend over backwards to make you have the best experience during your stay From sorting early check in or late check out where available, laundry done, arranging taxis to town, airport or bus station pick ups or excursions that are available from the hotel I couldn’t fault this hotel.

I had an excellent stay. The breakfast was always good, the garden was a lovely place to hang out, and most of all I appreciated the staff. They were pleasant, helpful and always ready to smile, and they cared about all of my needs. I highly recommend Africa Safari Arusha as a place to stay while visiting Arusha.

I’m not sure about location difficulty and how to get here. I just told the tour operator and he knew how to get here!

I finished my safari stay at Africa Safari Arusha. The staff is so kind and welcoming especially Rahema. She took care of everything for me breakfast and dinner and is the best! The turtles are so cute in the garden. The bed was very comfortable, I slept very well. Everything is clean and housekeeping did a great job. I would recommend anyone start and end their safari tour at Africa Safari Arusha. Hakuna Matata

The poor nature of the road.

The people working there make it special: Frida, Abigail, Yohann and Jeremia are just awesome. The food was also absolutely delicious. So the whole staff is just the best. The service, the smiles the stories - I'll never forget.

It is a beautiful hotel, all the lush gardens and very nice pool, staff were so happy and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you The rooms are fantastic, spacious and so clean one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on The food is outstanding, 3 nights I stayed and had all my meals at the hotel and everything was delicious Tortoise on the property were so cute they big and friendly

The road to the hotel was very rough they should fix it, The fact that on booking for this hotel it says you can pay with the booking wallet but when you are at checkout it doesn't give that option.

Our room on the upper floor had a tin roof which became quite noisy when heavy rainfall hammered on it during the night. The lodge is a bit difficult to get to on bumpy and muddy dirt road.

The staff was amazing and made our stay very enjoyable. The wholehearted friendliness provides the facility a very charming atmosphere. The rooms, the garden and the pool area are well maintained, making the a green oasis of tranquillity. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. If we had more days in Arusha, we would have extended our stay at the lodge.

The WIFI could be working better.

We had such a wonderful experience as a couple for 3 days. The garden is perfect to hang out. The staff, especially Rahima, consistently greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional friendliness.

The staff were amazing, nothing was a bother. The garden is absolutely stunning, gorgeous plants and it even has a tortoise! The swimming pool is clean and really refreshing.

Only buffet style dinner available (a la carte only for lunch). Room smelt a bit damp and bathroom windows leaked in heavy rain. Quite a remote location.

Very relaxing atmosphere- was a great stay after safari. The road to the hotel is very rough but fine in a 4x4. Well priced for a night.

I felt the rooms could have been better off with more hanging facilities inside the room and not the bathroom.

I liked that the place as it was quiet and not big so it had an intimate feel. The rooms were cosy and staff were very friendly.
