Maintenance and housekeeping needs improving. It should not be up to guests to point out damage or loose fitting to management, that should be rectified by regular inspections.

This was my sixth time at Amman, and to see how much it has increased in size is astonishing. The location is excellent and there is no end of activities to participate in. It was pleasing to hear that the older parts are soon to be demolished, they do show their age, and newer accommodation erected.

It was a bit strange there were not many options for payment, like cash or payment by mobile wallet. There were also not helpful at the restaurant solving a problem about this for you. That was really bad service.

I liked that it is right on the beach with the most beautiful view over the terrace, where I loved eating, reading my book and just having my drink.

If you like larger hotels and more people this is a good choice. If you went to Zanzibar to get a bit of solitude or local atmosphere this is not the optimal hotel.

Very low water pressure in the shower. The maintenance didn't have the best working conditions to do a proper job. The people in charge, the assisting director, should be ware of his responsibility. We had to wait two days to have the AC fixed, but then we got a brand new one. And they didn't have gasolin in the generator when the power went out one night. We waited for hours to get it going, and the AC to work again. And this is absolutely not the staffs responsibility. They can't do a thing when these situations happens, just send a message to the one who's responsible.

We where four ladies travelling together and we had the best two rooms, with a view to the Nungwi Beach. The housekeeping was exelent, and send a special thank you to the sweet lady Agnes. A nice breakfast was included, and we also had lunch and dinner at the restaurant several days. The food could have been a littel bit more spicy, but I guess it messures the guests requests. We also had a drink at the bar in the restaurant.

The air conditioner didn't work and we had to sleep in other rooms at night with small children

Hotel directly on the beach with lot of shedow,with excellent breakfast on the terrace. The rooms could be better maintained, during our stay we had to change rooms at night because the air conditioner did not work. Friendly staff and the manager who provided us with a taxi as a sign of apology.. But in a future we will stay here again

The only disappointing aspect of the trip was not of the fault of the hotel. We were hounded by street sellers whenever we entered the beach which was not relaxing. However, this was not the fault of the hotel and is instead part of the culture. Just something to consider prior to travel.

The hotel was located in a great tourist spot to take advantage of excursions. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bar and restaurant had great views of the ocean.

The only negative is that I bought a pineapple on the beach and asked restaurant staff to peel and cut for me and they refused as per restaurant policy this is not allowed. I've stayed several times in Nungwi in different hotels and this is the first time they don't do this for me. Not a bid deal but I'd recommend to reconsider this for customer's satisfaction.

Excellent location in Nungwi and right in from of ht beach, beautiful view. Comfortable bedroom. Didn't try food at the restaurant because it's near to local places.

We booked at late notice and it was the weekend of the full moon party, so perhaps the price was inflated compared to usual, but it didn't feel like good value for money. The food in the restaurant was okay but not great, so again not sure about value for money compared to other local restaurants.

Everything was fine - nothing great but certainly nothing terrible either. It felt like a bit of a stereotypical all-inclusive resort with all facilities as you'd expect but not much character or personality. There's good access to the beach and it's in a good location for accessing Nungwi and popular nearby bars and restaurants.

The rooms are very old, it wasn’t extremely clean when we arrived, lick in the plumbery in the bathroom and last thing : every morning people were putting their towels on the sun bath at 7am to book their seats at the pool for the whole day…

The view. we booked very last minute - on the day, so did not expect a great room . However the view from the front of our room was overlooking another row of rooms and from the back a run down derelict building. The bench outside was broken. Many of the rooms didn’t appear full so I’m not sure why we were given this one. Breakfast seemed expensive and the dollar exchange rate was lower than everywhere else we had been in Tanzania
