There was no mosquito net in my room so mosquitoes affected my sleep and were frustrating at times.

I expected a lot less considering the cheap price. Actually, the hotel was nice and the staff members were very helpful. It was excellent value for money.

Cleaning must be improved

Staff are nice however be ready to wait 1-2 hours for your food order at the hotel restaurant you will keep hearing 5 mins however things work slightly differently in this country…akoona matata

There was lots of noise from the bar downstairs up to very late. The staff who came to serve breakfast appeared to had a bad morning, was very unprofessional and lacked courtesy

The manager Mr. Deus and the staff at the reception were very helpful.

Was quite difficult to communicate with some staff members (admittedly, I don’t speak Swahili). Their breakfast was pretty minimalist. I would like them to cut up some fruit for breakfast. And if they had oatmeal, it would be helpful. The restaurant only had a few of the items

Super clean, had good butter chicken. Is very close to Magufuli bus station - and the driver helped us navigate the station.

Too much noise from other hotel guests. Very limited food items on the menu were available to order. Shuttle charges TSh10,000 to the bus station which was the whole reason I stayed. I thought it was included in the rate.

Housekeeping not restocking some items like sugar and toilet paper. Not replacing utensils while cleaning the rooms (this happened to the 3rooms that we had for the 3days we stayed) We had requested 3rooms together however we got one on 2nd and two on 3rd, some dude promised to make adjustments after some checkout but no one spoke to us about it again. We were taken to Kidibwi beach however the beach is very dirty.

The rooms were big and clean, aircon working properly. It's easily accessible. Appreciated the attention on arrival as arrived pastmidnight. We loved their breakfasts. We got parked breakfast on departure since we left at dawn which was very kind of them. The pool is big and clean. New year bbq was delicious.

They served really good breakfast, the pool was fantastic and the manager was very helpful and available for everything we needed. The staff were also very courteous. It's a gem in mbezi area.

No refrigerator in the room. I'm sure it might be available with other room options however.

The hotel was nice and clean. Very comfortable beds and atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay. Food was excellent! Very affordable and decent portion size. Give my regards to the chef! There was an adult and kids pool. Overall, staff were very welcoming to kids and families. They went out of their way to make us comfortable.

The staff at the bar and in the restaurant looked very tired and overworked. (Maybe the staff should get more off days, that they have more energy on their work days) There was a massive construction site for a few days, which blocked the whole stairhouse to my room, that I couldn't even pass, because the stairway was under construction. Terrible..! (As a courtesy for the circumstances I got one night of my stay refunded, which I appreciated) Some of the Receptionist were a bit arrogant and slowly partly.

I really liked the pool, which is really beautiful and also has some massage jets. The shower in my room was also good for African conditions. The fruit juices at the bar were good too.

The rooms was mouldy and stinking. Bathroom didn’t have any ventilation, everything was wet. They don’t have proper restaurant. They have menu with high prices and they change the prices when they give you recipes. Water in swimming pool was dirty.

This hotel is very close the bus station. It was a reason why I choose this place. The staff was very helpful.

However room environment not well planned. Alot of service lapses -cleaning especially, how bags get planned on the room, missed/delayed order. Food wasnt great at all for both days. Noise from other visitors should be discouraged.
