Loved this place! The stuff was so nice. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different choices of the menue. The room was spacious with an amazing view into the garden. The dinner was actually the best i had in nungwi (good portion and very tasty) and the room is very clean!. You must taste the amazing creation cocktails the barkeeper does. They are ace! Thanks for a fantastic stay!!

A luxury haven nestled away in the midst of a beach town. Loved every plant and piece of stone, every emotion it incited, every conversation we had with everyone on the property. My wife and I loved our two night here, and extended another night. We can’t wait to come back.

The muezzin in the early morning holding monologues. No window to open in the bathroom, instead a noisy van, but these were little inconveniences compared to the otherwise great value.

Extraordinary kind staff, fresh breakfast various options with eggs and Avocado, real coffee, fruits, up to 10:30 am, super lush and beautyful garden. A place to relax. My room Was upstairs with a big Terrasse and a Makkuti roof, I enjoyed my privacy, the Maroccain style and the huge bed with a good hard matrass and the refrigerator without making and noise. Thanks to everybody, particularly to Pascal, Amina and the woman at the reception, who also served the breakfast.

The bed was not to comfortable, but it was ok. Sound isolation on the ground floor is not the best, you can hear the guests on the first floor.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Location is great, really close to the beach, markets and restaurants. I am not an expert, but the style (at least for me) is more like authentic, just loved it!

Poor toilet ventilation is a serious problem. Toilets are nice but need proper outdoor ventilation . Should have parking within premises.

The place is super cute with a very nice garden and chill vibe. Tania gave us many tips and good contacts for some tours etc. There is an amazing breakfast and staff that always has a smile on their faces. It's super close to two beautiful beaches and there are plenty of food and drinking options nearby. Hot water and Internet worked really well, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Totally recommendable!

The host and the team are very lovely and always helpful. The rooms are very spacious, clean and with nice little details. The AC and a fan worked perfectly to create a nice temperature in the room. The very green garden is a gem. Our favorite detail about Atii was especially their dinner menu - THE BEST in Nungwi!

Atii Garden is the best stay you can get in Zanzibar. The owner and his stuff were very very friendly, kind , always there if you needed help. The property is like a oasis, lot of vegetation and a cute monkey says hello every morning. It is not noisy and it s very close to the beach. The room was always very clean, the water had pressure and the breakfast had everything you needed to start a morning : good coffee, tea , different menu choices. I super recommend it .

Beautiful and great place! The room and balcony was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast was very good, we can also recommend dinner and especially the fresh juices! The location was perfect: Near to everything, 2 Min. to the beach and at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly and took extra effort to make our requests possible. I even felt safe and comfortable when I became sick - one of the owners even drove me to doctor. We really enjoyed the accommodation which was like an oasis of its own in Nungwi.

That my trip was over and I had to leave.

Not even sure what to start with... The interior design for this place definitely deserves a round of applause. Then, there is the tropical garden, which your terrace faces - it will almost trap you and make you not want to leave and explore Zanzibar anymore. It's really an oasis of peace and beauty. The owners and the staff are super welcoming and friendly and they care about each guest individually. There is also the delicious breakfast which attracts some of the guests staying at the hotels nearby. Not to mention that Samson, the cheeky monkey, visits every morning to have her breakfast, before she puts on a show and "bullies' the kitten or drives the local crows mad. If you catch her in a good mood, she might allow for pictures to be taken, so if you want a good selfie with the superstar, don't turn up for breakfast in pjs like I did... The location is also ideal, 3 minutes walk from the beach or the shops, at most. The wifi and the cleanliness are both great. I genuinely hope that I will be able to return to this wonderful place.

just a small thing : wanted to have a night stand on both sides of the bed

as the name suggests it’s a garden in Nungwi: the location is super cause we were 2 minutes from the first beach and 4 minutes from the second one. The staff is amazing and super nice ! Big up to the person in the reception who brought us a chapati after I said that I wanted to taste one. thanks again … The room was big with a lovely terrace and the bathroom was so nice. & if you love cats and monkeys, you will be in the right place. Loved that water was provided in the hotel which is a big + p.s : in Nungwi there is a high level of humidity that’s why you will be glad to have fans in the room.

The staff was super helpful, kind and friendly! They were ready and willing to assist anytime we needed something! The garden of the hotel was majestic and both the exterior and interior were beautifully decorated. Location was just 2 minutes from the beach and the whole hotel was extremely clean. Also the breakfast was excellent! We would definitely stay again!

it is located in the centre of the vibrant Nungwi and still it was very private and relaxing. everything was clean and safe. the breakfast was generous and delicious. Stuff and our friend Pascal was accommodating and very gentle. they gave us good advices

I cannot think of anything.

I had a wonderful time and I would definitely come back! The place and the garden give a bit of a jungle vibe. There is even a very friendly monkey that pays a visit for breakfast. The room and balcony were spacious, and the external bathroom was amazing. The food was really great and delicious (and a lot better than other restaurants around)! Also there was quite some variety for breakfast. It's very close to the beach (5min walk) and supermarkets. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

nothing (if you don't have a cat allergy since they always relax at the chairs of the terrace and we always found a lot of cat hair on our swimwear we hung outside)
