Unbelievable offer - whole apartment including breakfast for less than 20$ Very spacious and 100% clean. The host is amazing. She made us feel home from the first second and made every wish become true.

It was very clean. It looked better than the pictures and the staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. It is easy to find and very secure. Probably the best listings we've ever stayed in. Best value for money.

There are only 3 standard rooms, sometimes it's booked by others, then you have to stay at dorm, but dorm room is also clean.

Good location, not far away from downtown. Room is so big, even it has a living room, the bathroom is clean. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, juice, milk, fried eggs, toast, fruits.

The place is all very new and clean, but I saw some "undesired guests" in the kitchen one night, not very pleasant insects, and again the morning after. But ok, it is Africa and you can find such things. They sprayed, and the things disappeared completely. The staff listens and cares if you say things and this is good.

AMAZING VALUE. I had a special offer for three days and I didn't regret moving from another place. Plus I was alone in a dorm, basically I had a single room. The receptionist is a great girl, very interesting and speaks perfect English. The area is not very central, but it is interesting, the real Arusha, btw 20 min waling from the main street, doable.

The room mix up and location that makes it noisy.

My booking was mixed up. I got a room that did not have the TV, a necessary to amenity during my work travels but the manager was courteous enough to provide a discount. The gesture was not necessary but was kind and thoughtful.

Only complaint would be about the breakfast! It was just a small omelet and a bunch of giant and not very cooked potatoes.

We were so impressed by this place! We had our own apartment with a sitting room and everything. We only stayed 1 night so can’t vouch for the functionality of the kitchen, but the space was great and we especially loved the welcome coffee and cookies :) and the roof access with views of the mountains! And the woman working there was just lovely.

This hostel definitely lived up to the recommendations I'd read . I've had an awesome stay here. Met some incredible fellow travellers from around the world. The staff are just wonderful as is the owner. Loved the washing machine, the kitchen facilities were great too ( just need more knives) , which I believe has already been fed back to the owner.. I'll honestly miss this wonderful place .

Everything was great!

The apartment was clean and the facilities were new. There was an issue with the lights at night but Richard was able to come and resolve the issue.

Great hostel, the room was very big and clean. Had everything I needed - hot shower, wifi. The girls who work there are extremely nice and helpful. I could keep my luggage there while I was on safari. Also, I asked for late breakfast and later check out on the day of my departure, and it was not a problem at all. Good location, walking distance from the center.

Everything is perfect.

I have stayed here for 6 nights before and after the safari. This place is new and clean. The staff is nice and responsive. It has roof top which I saw new year firework. It is convenient to go to supermarket. I am so surprised not many people come to stay here. Bolt is better than Uber in Tanzania.
