The reception area was a bit too simple for such a beautiful property. The absence of a hotel pool / hot tub was evident. A roof top restaurant would be a perfect addition

Location was perfect as my friends had just moved to the city of Dar a week before and were still finding their wah around the city. It turns out that the hotel was leass than a mile from their new apartment

The airport pick up service was a bit of a mess, had to get a taxi. Customer service via messaging should give more prompt response to clients.

Very friendly staff, efficient check-in, access to a huge gym and pool as part of the hotel. Also tried the restaurant, which was nice and good service too. I'd go back immediately, overall great value for money.

The pool, restaurant & gym were closed from 5pm (I had no prior notice) for a private party which went on too the early hours waking me up quite a few times. The room was £64 a night but early check in (9am) was £50!

The rooms were big & I was grateful for early check in.

Could have been a few more English TV channels. Breakfast unremarkable

Stayed for 5 nights and it was well located relative to the City and also to some good restaurants. Large rooms and bathrooms, and accomodating staff.

Assumption that all TV stations relayed to the rooms should be in Swahili. Missed all the superport games and AFCON games were purely in Swahili. Ended up streaming on my tiny laptop.

I liked the warmth of the staff, the cleanliness of the facilities and speed of internet. The breakfast was satisfying. Consider more variety for the main meals. When I travel I prefer more of local meals.

Very noisy outside air conditioning unit. Check upon check-in and request a change of room if you hear this sound.

Hotel has a geotag on Google maps, so you can always get a taxi by Bolt ) Nice pool and gym, neighbourhood is also pleasant.

I did not like the design of the room very well - especially the bathroom layout. Mirrors and lights were clearly not planned for women who desire to apply makeup, and the location of the wardrobe was a bit awkward. The room still served all my needs and was perfectly functional, but it was not "top".

The staff was very kind and accommodating of my many requests. In particular I appreciated that they were always available to help me find a taxi service, and my local colleague confirmed that their taxi connections were very affordable. I also really liked being able to access the gym. The breakfast was excellent and always had high-quality fruit - which I would expect but do not always receive in similar climates.

Asked for sparkling water at 11pm and was told that the bar had closed even though I went to the bar and inquired about room service. Unfortunate for a 4 stars hotel to close room service at 11pm!!

Everything was great

Nice hotel and tastefully decorated. The food in the restaurant was very good and the drinks were also of a high standard. The rooms were large and had a good shower. The beds were comfortable too.

Room and bathroom -Room is very basic for the $90.00 & the safe box couldn’t fit my 14” tablet. - Bathroom towels too thin and old

Great Location with easy access to Coco Beach, Oyster Bay and Masaki. Spacious rooms.

They closed the restaurant one evening for private celebrations when I wanted to eat there with a friend. But only one evening. On a multi day stay, they took advantage of "on demand pricing" and increased my rate. I had only booked the first night. But of course it is their right to increase room price when I dont lock in my price by booking the full stay beforehand. The pool is being renovated and was not usable.

Very nice gym, good staff, good breakfast. In general my favorite option to stay in this area.

Lovely hotel. We were upgraded on our first night and the room was fabulous. Close enough to my favourite restaurants. Not too far from the airport either. Staff were lovely.
