The location is ok but it gets very warm at the pool because it's situated between buildings. This place is more for families and people of certain age and the price is a bit high.

Nice location, good food especially in the morning and the staff was very nice. The room was comfortable and big. Something extra: we received one dinner at the a la carte restaurant which was lovely.

I would appreciate if there was more work on the private beach as there is no WiFi and need more service support for drink/food delivery and more well set up as the beach space there is amazing . I also suggest to use a automatic curtain above the private pool in the room so even there is any rain happening the pool still well accessible privately and in comfort. Shower need some modernisation. But everything else covered well our stay .

I like a lot the meal set up for all inclusive , the beverage choice . My favourite breakfast and lunch and we tasted the sushi was amazing. We liked the room with pool on the terrace was gorgeous and intimate and quick to access. There is many nice pool to this place that can never get crowded. We liked the service of early and late check in as allowed and the invite for the special dinner on the new restaurant . Staff was honest as well about mismatch payment and resolve the issues in no time .

The level of cleanliness, the options for food were very limited. The cleaning service was always late, damp towels would lie around and the whole room would be damp. The showers had no doors and generally the rooms were poorly designed.

The Wi-fi signal was very poor. The policy of giving only one bottle of water for the entire stay at the time of check-in should be relooked at (we were on half-board basis).

The location was fabulous. Paje beach was just a few steps away. The food was very good. The beds were really comfortable. Very good swimming pool. The ambience was lush and pleasant. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The staff at the hotel beach.. while providing towels and services they didnt seems to be friendly and service was poor at the area.the main senior person at the hotel beach was a kind of rude and unfriendly behaviour.. i would have given this hotel a 10 star rating but because of that person i am giving 7.

Breakfast was wonderful every day...staff was courteous and the food was delicious. The ability to use the grill to make omelettes or fried eggs was a delight. The assortment of breads and fruit was outstanding. The rooms was along with the patio area, pool and beach were great. Servers regularly came by the pool for orders. The rooms were basic in layout and the beds were extremely comfortable. The private beach was also nice.

The walk from the hotel to the beach is not so nice - but its also quite interesting (locals dancing and selling things and cows chilling). We really did not like the fact that at arrival we were told we could swap dinners by having lunch instead a few times. When we asked to do this this turned out to be a big issue and got us into awkward situations. In the end we were only allowed to do this once during our ten night stay. However, this would have been a bonus if it was allowed (we were not expecting it beforehand). Also we found that the a la carte restaurant was closed often due to possible rain. The weather is unpredictable so I guess its understandable - but it was a little disappointing sometimes. Also did not like that basic amenities such as kettle and hairdryer were missing. I did get a hairdryer after asking reception. But a kettle is a necessity (especially for UK guests haha). We accidentally paid too much when leaving (as the bill for the last day was added twice) - we got a refund in dollars which was not ideal (as we were leaving to Europe). Would be better if the last invoice includes more than just the amount (and also the actual items) - so that the customers can check this is done correctly. These are just some pointers - we had a great stay other than this!

The staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Ali - who helped us a lot at the beach. Also special thanks to Happy, James and Abdallah - which made our dinners very enjoyable. The food is really good and better than we had expected - everyday something different was on the menu. The drinks are nice too. We enjoyed breakfast and the dinners - especially when it was served in the a la carte restaurant. The pools are nice and all located close to the rooms. And I like how the staff would take your order - sometimes also if you were sitting on your terrace at the room. We also liked the kiteschool situated at the beach. Its possible to launch your kite from the beach resort. They also helped us a lot with launching and giving us tips etc. Room is okay (shower only separated by a curtain door though - but its fine). Cleaning people did a good job and we liked the turn down mosquito service. Also the gardens are beautifully kept by the gardeners. I would recommend booking here. I think its probably one of the nicest resorts in Paje. Very good value for money. You will definitely have a nice time here!
