It is a great hotel but I wished it had an easier access to swimming in the beach

The staff was amazing, so friendly and professional. It is a beautiful hotel but knowing more now about the distance to the main town and also about the tide and the beach I would have chosen a different location.

Overcharged with extra bill which not being signed, but all other bills were signed. So the manager better find this waiter/waitress and have a conversation with him/her.

The fridge in the room just didn't work despite us asking several times. The breakfast could do with some variety for guests who stay for a longer period

We liked that the property is close to Nungwi but away from the madness. The jetty bar really stands out... perfect spot for a sundowner. The staff were amazing! There was a good variety with the buffets and food was generally good. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Sometimes staff were unable to assist either because they didnt know how or perhaps were afraid of breaking rules? I'm not sure of the reason but this was the only negative in an otherwise amazing stay.

The bathroom smelled weird. Some issues with our room door, and key card, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

They charge Western prices for drinks....and the pool although large and clean could probably do with a bit of an upgrade.

There was very little to fault about this place. We had villa/room 16 which had an amazing view of the ocean - at night you could see fire flies on the rocks! The room was lovely and spacious, very clean, huge bed. We got replenished with water, tea/coffee and towels etc every morning and and evening and everything was super clean. We went half board which I recommend because the food is outstanding and there are not too many restaurants around. All the staff were friendly and really tried hard to make our stay special.

The location was not that great, with no beach access. The hotel does provide a free shuttle to the nearest beach. Some maintenance and better care for the villa is required. But overall, I was satisfied.

We were a group of friends and took the 4 bedroom villa. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff even more. The villa itself was very cozy with an amazing vibe. The hotel is more suitable for couples though, but we had a good time.

The gravel road to the facility is unpleasant especially at night.

the hotel location is not optimal as the beach is rocky so you have to travel to arrive to a better beach. this hotel is Nugwi which is remote from the rest of Zanzibar but that shouldn’t be an issue if you combine it with a few days stay in stone town.

the hotel entertainment at night is great. the staff were nice and helpful. the place is nice and safe. it was a really enjoyable part of our trip to Zanzibar.
