We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe cost was a few dollars more than our booking. Com paperwork quoted, but not a large amount so it was no problem, and the setting was still a wonderful bargain
Everything was very good. We were a large group and this setting -- a whole house with separate rooms -- was ideal. Our hostess was delightful and prepared a wonderful breakfast, as well. It was a little farther from the airport than we had anticipated but that was no problem. We are experienced trailers in East Africa and will definitely stay again if circumstances allow.

AustraliaPrior to checking in, I had emailed the property a few times to enquire about an airport pick up and received no communication. I arrived quite late to the property in the evening and it seemed like they were not expecting me. In the morning I couldn't get the shower to work. I had booked the room through booking.com for about 45,000TSZ, however when I went to check out the host asked that I pay 75,000TSZ and told me that ´her boss´ was saying I needed to pay more. I refused as I had made the reservation with the set price during booking. In the end it was fine, if not a bit awkward.
The room was very large and clean and a lovely large breakfast was provided. Good location close to the airport if you are just hanging around for the night. Very quiet.

Don't expect a hotel or something like that. It's more like a private house with some guest rooms. The host was very sweet and was doing her best to make our stay bery comfortable. The house is close to the airport, for one night it was fine.

GermanyEvaline House was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Dorcas was a great and welcoming host, who even cooked dinner and prepared an early breakfast. The house is 15min from Kilimanjaro airport, try to get a reasonable price for the taxi. Would definitely come back.

PortugalThe location is terrible and it is extremely expensive for what it is. The house is in the middle of nowhere, accessible only via a very bumpy dirt road. There is absolutely nothing around the house. No shops, no restaurants, nothing! We had to go there by taxi and we arranged with the taxi driver to pick us up and take us to have dinner and come back. Another 20USD on top of the already high price, compared to Tanzanian prices. We decided to book this place because it was one of the closest hotels to the airport, but we regret our option. It would have been much nicer to stay in Moshi and get a private car to take us to the airport. It even would have been cheaper than this!
The girl who received us was very friendly and she even made us breakfast very early in the morning, much earlier than the normal breakfast time.

Location was bad.Lot of dust.very remote area.They didnot mention that shuttle service will charge $20 from airport to hotel at the time of booking confirmation and when I reached at the airport they sent a message that it would be $20 There was no electricity at the hotel and they did not have any generator. I had to change the hotel and they didnot return the booking charges.

CanadaI chose this budget option as I just needed somewhere to sleep before an early pick-up for Kilimanjaro International airport departure. It is clean, and well-maintained. and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was so welcoming and kind and the room was perfectly clean with great amenities. We had drinks at the mini-bar to unwind after a long day of travel and the dinner and breakfast were incredibly tasty and well made. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
