Two mornings we had to leave the hotel before breakfast, the first time there was no water available to drink, only coffee which my children don't drink, so the night before the second early start we made a point of asking for water to be with early breakfast, and were assured it would be provided, but again no water and staff seemed surprised that we wanted a bottle of water.

Pool was salty 😀 One pool could be a freshwater pool. The tennis court should be maintained more. Constantly watering, the lights were broken, etc

The Masai people at the beach I personally found a bit intrusive. Every time I wanted to take a swim in the ocean they would talk to me for 15 minutes, asking a lot of questions like if I was married or alone. With the hotel security around I felt safe though.

Found the meals to be expensive; fortunately, there are good alternatives within a short walk. The juice glasses at breakfast are very, very small; we had to go back several times to refill. The beach is not the best place to stay; it has a snorkeling area, but many tourist boats pass by, and it's not very comfortable to be there.

"We were upgraded to a bungalow with a sea view, and it was fabulous, with incredible views. Breakfast was quite good, varied, and fresh. There are three pools; we tried two of them, and the poolside bars are fantastic with reasonable prices. There are sunbeds and Balinese beds on the beach. The staff was fantastic, very friendly, with a special mention to Mary, the girl who worked at the ice cream shop and who served a donut to my daughter every afternoon. The restaurant 'The Rock' is right on the beach, just a short walk away. There are many vendors, but they are not pushy at all."

The staff at the bar weren’t very friendly when we had some concerns about their shisha. The rest of the staff were always exceptional & happy to assist. No Wi-Fi in the rooms were slightly uncomfortable but nevertheless forced us to be present and one with nature.

We loved all the facilities & the selection of restaurants available. We also loved that fresh towels were available everyday including beach towels.

The food in the main restaurant is not value for money. The buffet costs $35 a night per person not including drinks if you are not inclusive and the food is just okay. There was loud construction work occurring throughout the day beside the pool area , although this is likely due to it being low season

The rustic feel to the property and the furniture in the rooms

The breakfast and Dinner was good and they always had a good variety of food. the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Big Thanks to Martin and his Colleagues. Big Thanks also to the Chef and waiters at the Seafood Restaurant. The Masai Dinner experience was an awesome experience and the Masai Entertainment was captivating.

Breakfast was poor with exception of lovely pancakes and fresh eggs,the,rest was not fresh, lunch and dinner ok but defo not 5 star hotel level, since you charge 5star prices deliver 5star food . It is not babies friendly (below 2 years old), no food for the small ones, kids pool not covered. Many sustainability posters around the place about plastic in ocean, yet only small bottles of water (plastic) available in all inclusive option and big bottles with charge, bit hypocritical. 5% charge on card payments is a joke, what are we in 1960's? Plus $1 per person per day for the duration of the stay (including 14 months old baby), why this is not included in the price? Just charged at the end of the stay, of course with 5% card charge. I am not a cheapskate, but hate hidden add ons.

Beach is beautiful, lovely for walks and snorkeling, views are amazing.

The service should be improved. They only let us check-in after asking several times. Also there was a cocktail on our bill we did neither drink nor order. Our friends that were staying with us at the same time had the same problem. Complicated process to get a beach towel via cards you have to hand over to the staff and a fee of 30 Dollars in case you lose one of these cards.The gym has seen better days and some equipment is no longer useable.

It is easy to get to the hotel on the main road. The rooms and the hotel area were very nice and had a lot to offer (huge chess, pool table, tennis court, private botanic garden, massai village, some amazing pools etc.) Especially the beach area is perfect for any kind of relaxing or activities. There is always access for taking a swim in the sea due to a jetty. If you are a good swimmer you can also swim to a little reef behind the jetty to do some snorkeling. The breakfast was superb and we were offered an amazing variety we have not experienced before.

Our room wasn't the best, there was a real issue with the TV/Remote and then the AC machine., not forgetting the shower drainage. We had to change rooms.

The resort was very large, plenty of nice areas. Breakfast selection was very good, the staff were fabulous. the fresh water pool was amazing, secluded on top with a beautiful view of the ocean.

They need the renovation of the swimming pool. Tiles were broken in several places. The wifi and telephone generally didn't work. For example, except for the arrival date, wifi never worked in the bed. Too many mosquitoes, so I couldn't enjoy the beach bed. They need a shoes and feet shower for each beach bungalow, otherwise rooms will be flooded with sands.

The beach in front of the resort is good to explore. Some corals were growing and I saw lots of fish. Staff was generally very kind and helpful. Good resort with a scale.

The communication between the staff was very poor. Also, front facing staff should understand the basic concepts of hospitality. I am not sure if it’s a language issue or a training issue

Rooms are not very clean, there are individual beds that are not clean, the curtains for the bed are not clean. In general the worst part of the hotel is the maintenance, the gym had the bones of dead lizard and any of the equipment was working properly.

Blue restaurant is very good. The location is good. Nature around is very nice, you can see monkeysaround variety of species. Architecture of the hotel is very nice. Nice staff
