There could be more entertainment program throughout the day and evening for the size of the hotel.

The hotel is located right at the beautiful white sand beach in Kendwa. Watch out: quite many stairs are leading first to the green garden with various colorful flowers and then down to the turquise ocean. Rooms are located on different levels. We have got spacious, nicely designed economy room on first floor with salon, bathroom and separate toilette, safety box as well as with huge balcony looking to the garden. We did not see a single mosquito during our stay in Feb but there is mosquito net prepared for the bed area. Buffet breakfast is served in the beach restaurant with multiple choices, fresh juice and fruits. We tried other meals from a la carte during the day and in the evening and were very satisfied with the quality of food. There are more beach bars for cocktails as well as live dj music in the afternoon through sunset which we liked a lot. Sunbeds/umbrellas are included both at the pool and at the beach. Only hotel spa staff approaches you at the beds to offer massages. All non-hotel sales guys like "masai" with souvenirs, dancers, activity organizers etc. reach out to you on the beach itself. Reception staff was very supportive and informative with any question. There is onsite doctor and tour organizer available every day which can be useful. Only in 1-2min walk from main entrance you will find a mini supermarket.

Everything is slow. If you want to have lunch - go one hour before you are hungry.

The Whole resort is about the beach and the waters! Staff are good, slow but after the first tip they become better.

1. Location not updated on Google maps 2. The smell of the room 3. Staff at the reception didn't explain all the information that clients should know - wifi password was not shared - reception extension to call them - breakfast area location - check out time ... and many other details ... we should have called to get the exact info 4. The way receptionist and manager dealt on 5he check out ... making us pay for the delay eventhought we have requested it on booking and it was approved

Sometimes long time of waiting for beach food/drinks service - mainly during lunch time. Strange system of payment in cash by main cashier - means staff get money, have to go like 200m to main cashier for change and came back to you = it take quite a time. Lot of "outsiders" guests from other hotels coming to beach sunbed area - paid fee and spend day in there = quite crowded in the afternoon.

Perfect location on the nice Kendwa beach where is possible to swim in the sea (ocean) during low tide. Many restaurants nearby the accommodation (we recommend Furaha restaurant). Area of hotel is guarded 24/7 by security and hotel reception is also 24/7. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free for accommodated guests. Tasty breakfasts served by buffet with all you can imagine. Very helpful and smiley staff. Clean and equiped room with A/C, fridge, hairdrier, safe.

For the price and kind of hotel, the breakfast was incredible. Very basic. I did not eat at the hotel it was cheap and good in the street outside. Only once I had to eat lunch at the hotel and the salad was a joke... 5 slices of tomato salad and mozzarella... If you dont plan to party, dont come when there is the full Moon party. I enjoyed it but not the families. Post of the staff is not very nice and they look like annoyed or fed up even if you talk nicely... And top: take a pre paid card to avoid any strange amount on your final bill at the end.

The long beach where you can walk and access to turquoise waters. Locals try to send you things constantly but they dont insist when you say no. The sunbeds, the bars' area and the music in the evening. The spa was OK. If you prefer calm and silence dont go this hôtel. My economy room was great. Clean and confortable.

Staff Halimah was rude,they kept us in reception one hour to check in and cancelled the room with less price in booking.com told us to reserve with the new price which was 234dollars and the new was 326 dollars and they said if book without booking.com will be 300 dollars but we insisted to book with booking.com to complain this unaccepted behaviour

Some rooms are quite dark and small. Wifi is not great

It's a big hotel in the best part of Kendwa beach. The rooms are quite different, so make sure you get a bigger one. Bfast was good with open buffet options. Pool with the bar was quite a teat. The beach is fantastic, you will love it. The staff was friendly enough.

we waited additional 2 hours to check in and another 2 hours to get the wifi connected. The beach and pool area I found was very untidy and not kept clean. bottles and trash all over the area. no additional activities for the kids. my kids didn't have hot water in thier rooms for 2 days.cleaning off rooms only took place after 4PM

Nice hotel, right next to the beach, breakfast is great. All in all fine, some mistakes were taken (first we got economy room instead of thematic king suite and sometimes the ordered drinks on the beach never arrived). We only had dinner once there as nearby restaurants were better.

Limited food options, only one restaurant is available. Its a long way to rooms and too many stairs. It feels hectic to go to room.

Staff is very cooperative. Location is perfect, Full of activities. Beautiful views, white sand and clean beach.
