EXCELLENT Place in Moshi - don't look anywhere else.

No complaints. Location is not great, but I don't believe that there is an ideal location in Moshi, unfortunately. And the hotel staff does their best trying to keep the immediate surroundings acceptable. Really, no complaints.

Outstanding facility. All the staff members were extremely nice and thoughtful, and always seemed genuinely happy to help. The hotel is well kept in general, and my room was kept sparkling clean throughout my stay. The breakfast was great, and their room service was excellent with a reasonble amount of options. I used their shuttle from the airport, and that was also excellent. Another nice point is that they kept an open communication channel since my reservation, checking about my arrival time so that the driver would be there on time, checking on the day of my arrival to let me know that the driver was already there... Small issues that go a long way. Caring customer service is rare to find. (The goodnight cookies that they brought to the room were also a very nice touch) If you compare prices in town, this is probably a somewhat more expensive facility, but it is 100% worth every single penny.

    Nothing… everything was great.

The food and service were fantastic! What a great breakfast buffet. Everyone is so kind and ready to do whatever they can to make sure you have the most pleasant stay. They even have a rooftop bar where you can have a drink in the afternoon and see Kilimandjaro.

Breakfast was extensive - lots of hot and cold options, but local and western style. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Wifi was strong enough to stream videos and make video calls for work. Apart for a few brief (1-2 minute) power outtages one day (stayed for 4) of my stay, wifi was flawless. Aircon worked really well and consistently. Staff were very friendly and polite. Restaurant was really delicious (the Fish curry - amazing!). Hotel is walking distance (~10-15 mins) to good restaurants and souvenir shops. Loved my stay.

The dining prices are crazy for the area. The electricity cut off leaving us without AC for a good portion of the night.

Great rooftop bar with dining options. The room and staff are excellent.

No good movie or sports channels in the room. Have to go to the bar to watch football. Even lower priced hotels have movie and sports channels in the room. We choose this property for a comfortable place to relax after working all day and wanted to watch the TV. Not possible. Only Swahili news.

Good a/c that worked in the room all the time. No power cuts. Hot water. Comfortable beds. Great staff that was super kind.

I could not find any fault with the hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Moshi.

I was very imppressed with the hotel, including, Reception, Cleaners as well as the Restaurant. It had very High spec facilities, and the Staff were excellent. The view of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Kibo was beautiful from one of the rooms.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooftop bar with a view of Kilimanjaro, can get busy at peak times but it's nice to visit on a clear day. Friendly staff - especially Irina who was a great help contacting the airport for my lost luggage. An amazing stay overall!

Cons: - Regular water wasn't among the drinks of the breakfast buffet. Instead, they offered detox water (with cucumber and lemon). And when we asked for water, we were charged for it! We spoke to the manager about it, so they offered regular water on the following day. But they still charged us for that water upon check out despite discussing the issue with them and that regular still water should be a standard drink in all buffets. - The receptionist who checked us in miscalculated our stay for 2 nights instead of 3. So, we were surprised that we had to pay for an extra night upon check out. - They charge 3% on credit card payments. So, if you want to avoid that, you may bring the payment in cash (US dollars). - The rooftop restaurant isn't accessible by elevator. You'd have to go to the 7th floor, then climb the stairs to the restaurant that's on the 8th floor. Hence, this isn't handicap-friendly. Older people or those with knee issues may find it a bit challenging to do the stairs. Hence, they may benefit from the room service. - To have room service, there's a delivery fee (they call it room service fee)! This is the first time I see such a fee! We typically just pay for the food. Because of that, we didn't tip the person who delivered the food, which we usually do in other hotels. - The balcony is kinda tight and there are no chairs. It could fit the desk chair if placed horizontally though. - There's no gym.

I really wanted to rate it with 10 until a few things happened. Pros: - Very clean rooms. There's a safe, slippers, and a water heater. There's no fridge, but we asked for one that was delivered to our room. There are USB slots on the power outlets. - The mountain view is nice. Even if you get the city view, you'd enjoy seeing the green scenery of the green farms. - Friendly staff. - The breakfast options are excellent (compared to other similar hotels in Tanzania). But don't expect cheese or spreads. There's an egg live station. The breakfast restaurant is on the 1st floor (accessible by elevator). - The rooftop restaurant (opens 3-11 pm for lunch and dinner) offers a nice view of the mountains. They also serve delicious food in generous portions. If you like soup, make sure to ask about the soup of the day. They usually offer an off menu soup. - Very good price for the stay that included breakfast. - It's in the heart of Moshi town, so you're close to local retail stores. - The reception is available on WhatsApp (the same phone number of the hotel). They can also call a taxi for you since Uber and Bolt aren't available. - I liked the biscuits giveaway every evening. The kids loved it!

Very friendly staff, a nice restaurant with a view and good food!!! We also used the one day laundry service which was great. They organised a taxi for us to leave in the early morning and were all in all very helpful with everything. The water is hot and the bed comfy - just what you need after a safari or hike. Also they have room Service.
