We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWhat’s not clear on the website is that it’s down a very long dirt track covered in pot holes which takes about 35/40 mins in a taxi. This is fine if you are aware of this before but it was a little unnerving if you arrive in the dark on your own. The rooms are nice and spacious but the towels and vanity packs let it down. The towels are tired and smell of bleach and the vanity packs are basic - simple changes to these elements would make for a more luxury stay that matches the hotel aesthetic and the price you pay.
The property is lovely and the set up with the pool and bar is very nice - feels more boutique compared to a lot of other hotels in Tanzania. It was very peaceful and clean. The a la carte lunch was delicious. If you want a more remote location then this hotel is right for you.

NetherlandsSince I was traveling for work I would've appreciated a desk in the room. I used the outside chairs and table to work but when it started raining that wasn't the best solution. However the wifi in the room worked very well so I did a lot of work anyway.
I enjoyed the peace and quietness at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and I enjoyed the food very much. The rooms are super spacious and clean with the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.

United KingdomThe check in process if you arrive late at night and the staff we did meet didn't know much about check out times etc. We we're also almost charged for using the pool for 2 hours the following morning even though we didn't arrive until 1am and weren't able to use any facilities beforehand.
There was a bit of confusion as we arrived very late at night and there was no one to check us in but, we we're able to get into our room to sleep thankfully! Although we weren't told about the time for check out we had a beautiful breakfast and we're able to go back to bed. The rooms are beautiful, really big and airy with lovely views. The staff are all friendly and the pool area is lovely too.

Kili Seasons is the perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. Although the location is a little remote, it makes for the ideal place away from the hustle and bustle of Arusha! The facilities are outstanding and the staff go above and beyond to ensure an exceptional stay. A lot of people choose to wind down and relax in Zanzibar post climbing Kilimanjaro, Kili Seasons however, is a perfect alternative. Romana, Godfrey, Queen and Gladys are just some of the amazing staff that made our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at the Kili Seasons 😊
