The location was ideal, close to the city centre and can easily connect to work, school, sporting and many other entertaining places. The staff I met were simply amazing!

All in all a very beautiful experience. Being close to the river, you need to make sure they spray the room every day. No big deal, but you might see "undesired guests", small spiders or similar things. Apart from that, the room was very clean.

The place is really cozy, the rooms are very pictoresque bungalows close to the river. Nicely decorated with paintings of jungle animals. Very nice place and nice staff, very helpful.

The restaurant is not working thus you are left with no other option than to eat out. As there is no restaurant / are open, no social life that would be crucial for the backpackers to share useful information.

Great location - close to town for anything you need, with food/drinks at the attached restaurant, small shop and an ATM just across the street. The beds are comfortable, hot showers with good water pressure, amazing breakfast (included), and the friendliest owner+staff! Very quiet at night, and I loved relaxing on the back porch surrounded by trees and sounds of the river. So perfect I’ve already been back 3 times :)

Amazing hostel. It's like a green oase in the middle of the busy city. Walking distance from city centre and clock tower. It was my first stop in Tanzania and the staff was so kind and helpfull. Innocent, who works at the reception, helped me with everything, from getting a sim card, to arranging my safari (which was great for a good price), and showing me places to eat, which made me really feel at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is great. The hostel made the best start of my Tanzania trip and I definitely will come back when visiting Arusha again.

Ww stayed one night in Kizumba House and everything worked smoothly. A stuff helped us as well to get a SIM card in town and the manager made us the breakfast earlier as scheduled which we found very helpful. Thanks a lot!

Great place for long and short stay. We were extremely satisfied about the disponibility of the receptionist. Nothing was a problem for him. We arrived late and had a very early departure. He was so kind to walk us to the restaurant (safety reason by night) and prepered an early breakfast at 05:00am. Felt very welcomed from the beginning until the end. Definitely recommend and for sure will be back!

The only thing was that the restaurant next to the house, took hours to get the food done, but you don't have to eat there so not that big issue. Except of that it was a really nice stay.

It was a great stay, the host was really friendly. He told us some good tips(barging with people, and so one). We just stay one night but it was a really good place. He even made us breakfast earlier, we really appreciate this.

The location is good but you need to cross the river to get to downtown. Not a big problem anyway

The guy working there (Inocent) was super kind and helpful. He woke up even earlier just to make my breakfast on both days that I stayed there. The hostel is beautiful, everything is very clean and nice. The terrace is amazing!
