The location on the booking.com map is not correct. The lodge is further South, ca. 10 km from the city centre. Check google maps for real location.

Management and staff are super; very friendly and always helpful to support us with airport transfer and breakfast packages for early departures. The rooms are clean and the facility is well maintained, dinner in the restaurant was very good. The lodge is easy to get to on paved roads (unlike many other locations in Arusha), but there seems to be an error on the booking.com map.

Very remote from town center and from any supermarket Room was much darker than on photos And the view was on the road. Windows were dirty

Joseph the hotel manager is exceptional and makes everyone feel very welcome. He even took my husband jogging! he organized excursions and transport for us at a fair price.

The hotel is pretty far from the city centre / restaurants but you can eat at the hotel. The WiFi in the room was a bit unstable but it worked well in the reception.

The hotel is really good value - a great, clean room with good AC. We arrived pretty late for check in and had to leave at 5am but the staff were friendly and helpful and organised a box breakfast for us. A great stay before our safari.

Lovely property with spacious and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast and meals served in own restaurant. Friendly staff will assist you with anything you need. Decent WIFI. Located a short distance away from Arusha center, but easily reached by tuktuk or taxi. Great stay and value for money!

It's a bit far from main town but you can catch a Dala-Dala right outside that takes you straight in. So if you don't mind using public transport then it won't be an issue.

The staff were amazing. Super friendly and always going above and beyond to help out. The food was also really good quality and the beds were comfortable.

Only thing is that I would've liked a curtain in the shower so the bathroom wouldn't get completely wet after a shower. Also the shower has warm water for only 5 minutes.

Super friendly and polite staff! The service is absolutely great. They work hard to give you the best experience possible. The food is also delicious and the bar has a great ambiance. The rooms are spacious with a big balcony.

It's our first ever visit to Arusha, Tanzania and we were in awe of how beautiful this place is. Reaching the hotel we were superbly impressed by how accommodating and professional the hotel manager Joseph was. He gave us a really lovely room upstairs with a huge balcony. Super comfortable bed with mosquito net, with hot shower, everyday the room is well cleaned. The food was delicious and even the other staff were extremely of excellent service. Great value of money for the nights we stayed in. Well recommended 👌 👏

We stayed at this hotel before we went on safari and after our return. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. We communicated with the manager on Booking.com and he was always available to help. Even when we were almost stranded without a taxi, he came to the rescue. I’ll definitely stay here again!

It is a bit far from the city but it is not an issue .They arranged a taxi to drive us anywhere we wanted.

Clean room with a balcony.All the girls and the manager of the hotel were so professional and kind to help us with an issue that we faced with a bolt driver. The restaurant offers dining with set menu and the food was tasty as the breakfast too. I really appreciated that they looked after my food restrictions that I have mentioned before our arrival.

WiFi was not working in our room, but they immediately called their IT company which came the other morning to fix it. So they are really customer focused. Location is a bit far from the city centre, but a tuktuk would cost you around 3 dollar if you're good in bargaining. They can call them for you and agree on a price if you want.

The breakfast was really good, it's not a contintental breakfast but they offer eggs in all variations, toast with avocado and croissants. And there was plenty, so can definitely recommend it. We arrived around 22.00 and didn't had the chance to go for dinner yet, but they still wanted to make some food for us which was really good.
