The food was good enought, but not very the best, fresh seafood variety was small. HB doesn't meet our expectations, during dinner event coke was paid, exeptions to the water. In the hotel teritory there is another restaurant "Fisher man's grill" they serve good quality fresh seafood, but it is paid and expensive. The only pool wans't clean, on the edge of the pool green dirt can be found.

The location is very good, the beach with sunset was amazing. Environment and staff was lovely. Rooms are big and clean enought. Dispite frequent electricity cut off (at least once a few days), loud generators ensured power supply.

The temperature of the pool water was like a hot bath! Understandably this is beyond their control although I wonder if some sort of shading over the pool might help.

The rooms were beautifully appointed and the beds were like fluffy marshmallows. Every day cleaning came and made the beds sprinkled with flowers. The location was amazing, right on the beach and there were plenty of recliners available. We at dinner at the Fisherman's Grill which was also right on the water. It was lovely but the food could have done wih more spices considering where we were.

Could be more bar snacks available throughout the day. The pizza and burgers were a little heavy every day. It would’ve been nice to have had a wider selection, especially if you are doing all inclusive for a longer stay.

Fantastic beach right outside of property. Great pool area with swim up bar. The gardens are lush and well taken care of. Good selection of drinks and food at restaurant. Staff were incredibly friendly and felt very secure with on site 24/7 security. Not that you need this but it felt very secure, that you could leave your belongings to go swim in the sea for example. Definitely recommend eating at the seafood restaurant - one of the best food experiences during our time in Zanzibar.

We had a garden view room on the first floor and it was very moist and therefore I think was a damp and musty smell. We dont know if the same problems has rooms on upper floor. All other things the very satisfied

The low tide, makes it difficult to enjoy the water right by the hotel. The food was ok, but too westernize to make it tasty. I was expecting a better view as i booked a room with a view, but I had a ground floor room with obstructed view

Wifi or TV would not work in the room. Raised this twice but no resolution. Prices for tours and transfers were excessive.

The entertainment on offer throughout the day was good although during our 4 nights, only one live performance of an evening. Our group loved the live music on the Monday night.

Beach was full of garbage, plastic etc during low tide. Not very nice to enter the water stepping on to garbage. Why is nobody cleaning.

The resort didn’t have many activities (or they weren’t communicated) and some you have to pay for, such as the sip and paint. The toilets at the pool area needed to be cleaned more often. It was disappointing to know that the resort doesn’t serve lamb or pork which limits the options for those who don’t eat beef.

Staff were extremely friendly. The resort is stunning with exceptional views. The bars and restaurants are clean.

Nothing much that could be better. If there is small thing that you should know, is the fact that the Hotel is at the beach but the beach is not realy usable. In high tide it is flooded in low time it is covered by calp.
