The bathrooms were a bit dated and the food was very bad.

The pool needs to be cleaned at least 2 times per day. The wifi is good if you need to send/read email and open pages. But it is impossible to stream. The Breakfast can be improved.

The staff always smiling. The cleaning of our room. The distance to the beach is very close max 2 min. Good beds and room size. The A/C is important and working good. Varm water. The hotel has a generator when there are electricity problems in the area They let us check out later when we asked.

The staff could hardly speak English, and were lacking attention to detail, didn't get a key until asked for it, the facilities weren't in the room as promised, until asked for, at breakfast also some basic things had to be asked for, the water pressure in the bathroom was problematic

Cleaning the rooms was hard to predict, sometimes it was earlier before noon, sometimes even around 3pm.

The location was great, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, the breakfast was simple but very nice.

They charged my card a week before time, when my booking clearly said 'pay at property'. Limited food variety for breakfast. External ladder that they use leads to the window in the bathroom. Rooms don't have telephone to call reception nor do they have TVs.

Pool isn’t as big as it looks in photos, only a couple of beds to sit on. Breakfast not much choice, could be better. Beds extremely uncomfortable, very hard. They gave us a free upgrade to the Queen suite but the bed was unbearable and no space to hang anything up so we moved back into the standard room. Advertises there’s a spa and wellness centre but there isn’t, just offer massages at a nearby hotel.

Great location, couple of minutes walk to the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful in booking day trips at good prices. Room very spacious, lots of space to hang up clothes etc.

Should add a coffee machine (they have powder for breakfast) and better light bulbs in the rooms. Not serving alcohol at the hotel due to religious reasons.

Definitely recommend staying here! The stuff was very nice and helpful, the rooms are great and huge, nice pool and breakfast, and the hotel is very close to all the main attractions and yet very quiet.

Wi-Fi signal strength is poor in the rooms furthest from the reception area

Great staff, each and every one very attentive and responsive to guest needs. Breakfast could do with a little more variety, but it was very tasty anyway. Rooms are spacious and expertly cleaned each day. Location is 2 minutes from beach, 2 minutes from atm and 5 minutes walk to fantastic restaurants. Abely and all the front desk staff were great too. We were very sad to leave…..the kids felt at home here

I wish the property was right on the beach, but there’s only so much room to have beachfront. That is definitely not a dealbreaker.

My room was spacious, in addition to the sleeping area there was another section that had a daybed which was great if I wanted to lounge in the room but not on my bed. The food at the property was so good, the pool was nice and the beach is less than 5 min away walking.

The bar does not serve alcohol however Raymon went and got us some to keep in the fridge in the rooms. There were renovations going on which we should have been told about however they were in the day so did not disturb sleep etc and I believe finished the day we left.

Less than a minute to the stunning beach, restaurants, bars and market stalls on the walk down to beach. Big rooms and fab staff. Sarah, Mariam and Raymon couldn't be more helpful and welcoming.

On occasion the water went off making it impossible to shower. This was usually quickly resolved but a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was ok but don't expect too much. Certainly don't expect European level coffee because most of Africa drinks instant coffee. If you really need a coffee and croissant fix, there's a cool French bakery just around the corner.

The hotel is located a little way from the beach but this makes for a quieter environment and the pool is for residents only. The beds are very comfortable but be warned, they are short at 1.80 m and have a head and footboard. I felt a bit cramped. Staff are relaxed and friendly. Sometimes there's a power cut but this is what you have to get used to in Africa.

There were no towels in one of the rooms and no shower soap. At the pool, the long chair matresses were full of water after the rain and could not been used for the day. There were many families with noisy kids. Compared to the size of the rooms, we didn't have a lot of storage for the clothes

Toilet leaking making the bathroom floor wet, waiting more than 45 minutes for food in an empty restaurant, fan not working in the room, being charged more than booking.com because I pay by card.

Very close to the beach- 5 minutes walk only and good location for all the tours. The hotel has a small pool. Breakfast is nothing special- but not terrible. The man serving breakfast was very friendly . Good for family with kids for the pool.
