It was a perfect experience. The staff was very friendly and helped book a reliable dolphin snorkeling tour, which also included round-trip transportation. Compared with going to the beach to find the captain directly, hotel reservations are more reliable, and the time and experience content are guaranteed. The room is very spacious and has air conditioning which is important in the hot summer. There is security in the yard at night, so safety can be guaranteed. After checking out, we were provided with an extra bathroom for us to take a shower after we returned due to snorkeling, which was very considerate. The location of the accommodation is also very close to the beach, about 7-8 minutes' walk.

Shower head sprayed water poorly and no warm water either (did not bother us because of the hot weather).

The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean. Airco and fan worked nicely. Breakfast was okay: fruit, eggs, pancake and coffee or tea. Value for money is excellent.

Even though we had an aircondition it was so weak it barely functioned. During our stay it got repaired but still when we got back to the room after whole day being out it would need at least an hour and a half to make the room livable. We had a room on the corner so that might not be the situation with other units. Beds were set up on concrete foundation and were pretty worn out (thin), so without flexible floor they were very hard to sleep on. The wall next to 2 side beds was damaged and plaster and dust was falling off so in the morning that side of the bed was all dusty.

In general we liked this place, but there is room for improvement. We liked the size of the room and power cuts were not frequent. Place was clean, breakfast was very good, and like everywhere on Zanzibar you get a plate of fruit followed by an egg, a pancake, slice of bread and fruit drink or coffee. Internet was fair and in general vibe of the place is positive.

This is a wonderful small guesthouse in a quiet area in Nwungi. The room is huge and the hot water shower had very good pressure. Abdhalla and Abdul are always around and will help you with everything you need. The ladies for the breakfast are really attentive and friendly, and the breakfast is really tasteful. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you look for a nice, quiet and affordable place to stay. Restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach are all close by

I loved everything about this place !! The owner and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful during my staying. The breakfast was really nice and fresh, the room was clean and comfortable with lots of space and it is a quiet and peaceful environment. The location is perfect, it’s a 5 minute walk from the beach and 30 min from the main Nungwi beach, but I did not mind walking at all because the neighborhood is really friendly with lots of shops.

The host and his stuff members were very friendly and accomodating. As a group of three the accomodation provided us with sufficient space to feel comfortable. Having breakfast with the amazing garden view fulfilled our expectations. This place is run by an enthusiastic, who will give maximum effort to make you feel as at home. They had issues with the water. In the middle of the shower water would stop working and someone had to go tell staff to turn it back on. No where to really hang to dry bathing suits.

Decent location, had to walk a little bit to the beach. Rooms were super spacious and clean. A/C and fan. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but same thing every morning. Beaches were beautiful!!

The hotel needs renovation, the paint is coming out, a lot of spots on the walls and the electricity is very unstable in the establishment not the whole street.

I was sick for most of my stay and the calme and air conditioning helped a lot to recover. The staff is very helpful was even able to order from the outside

Customer service here is exceptional. The room was very spacious and beautiful. The property itself is also very beautiful. The kitchen staff was amazing and served us breakfast as late as 11am. The owner is also very helpful and readily available for any inquiries.
