Even though the location is good, I did need to navigate my way to the parting lot, which is where most restaurants and shops are located. That part of the town can be very disorientating as it was like a maze. Even I have good sense of direction, it took me many attempts before I feel confident to venture out. And I probably wouldn't venture out by myself after dark.

We had a little issue with the laundry they did for us. It came back clean, however a few pieces came back with bleach stains. We asked them to be careful next time when using bleach next to color laundry.

The staff at Ondo House are very well-trained. Thomson went out of his way to help us and make our stay an enjoyable one. Upon arrival, the toilet wasn't flushing, the aircon wasn't working, but the fixed everything right away. They solved this issues in no time. The food was AMAZING!! The best food we had in Nungwi. The cook is excellent. We asked them to get some fresh fish for us for dinner and it was delicious. It was Ramadan, yet they had no issue serving us food or drinks during the day. The room was spotless and it was a quick 3min walk to the best section of the beach.

Location is 2 minutes From the beach, but we didn't like that part of it because of low and hide tide so we had to walk 10-15 minutes away to the part we liked the best. Rooms have no TVs.. Also, it is sometimes hard for taxi drivers to find the location of it, so better ask staff From Ondo House to help you book it.

Staff was amazing. Hassan and Thomson were very friendly and willing to help you anytime. Food was also amazing and quite affordable, especially comparing to other places. You won't make a mistake if you decide to take all your meals there. Rooms are cleaned every morning. Ac machines work well. They even did us laundry once or twice. Swimming pool is small, but it had helped us get cool several Times anyways. Each room has a safe and that was very important to us to place our most important belongings. Staff can also help you call a taxi or organize some tours so we will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

The accomodation is not far away from the beach. The owner and the staff were so nice and kind. They always asked if everything is okay and if I need something! So helpfull and gave younibfornations about trips and activities around. I really enjoyed my few days here and I loved the breakfast. Definetely come here again when I‘m in Nungwi!

Didn’t mislike anything, it’s not a luxury 5* resort so didn’t expect anything to be like that. As stated earlier, we’re satisfied and give 10/10, but there is all places in the world room for improvement. If I could give a few small and cheap, easy fixable tips for improvement that would given even higher comfort it would be: The mosquito net could been repaired or changed, as it was a little worn out. But we didn’t got any mosquito bites, so no problem at all. Could insert a couple screws that seemed to be missing in the shower stand, and adjust or put a filter in the basin/water tap in the sink, so it wouldn’t give high pressure water stream right away, but we don’t complain or expected top standard, it’s fully working and totally usable!

Nothing, we liked everything.

The place is very nice and super clean, all the staff is amazing, super kind and they clean your room every day. It has a nice area for breakfast, all the facilities are good, aircon works well, wifi is fast, swimming pool is nice, it has sun beds, etc. The breakfast is big enough, there are different options, the location is amazing, just a short walk to a nice beach, and a few minutes walking from different restaurants. The people around the area are very nice and friendly, we felt safe walking around all the time. A big Thanks to all the people from Ondo House, specially to Ali and Hassan, they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay, they helped us to arrange taxi, helped us to go around the ATM, they are very kind and good people! I highly recommend this place, we will definitely come back next season :)

Ali and the staff made our stay at this lovely little guest house very pleasant. Although it's nothing fancy, it had everything we needed: clean, comfortable room, a small safe, hot showers, mozzie netting, air con and a fan, a yummy breakfast made to order, swimming pool, clothes drying racks, decent wi-fi, and a only a couple minute's walk from Nungwi Beach. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful.
