We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThe staff was rigid, wouldn’t pack my breakfast for me or even provide packaging so I could pack for myself and yet I had an early flight, Couldn’t charge my dinner on my room since I forgot my card in my room, they had to send me up to get my card so I could pay, Many things like, shower caps, comb etc were out of stock. The food wasn’t diverse there wasn’t a lot if choices.
