We felt the food was a bit over priced for the quantity and quality - compared to other hotels and restaurants we experienced.

The view from our room was amazing! The room had a lot of privacy and you could enjoy the view on your own. You could also canoo, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The swimming pool was also great!

The room was a DREAM, the food was litteraly AMAZING, the staff is very relaxed also if always present and it gives you good vibes. We stayed one night more because we were not able to leave that Paradise.

No kettle or fridge in the room. Otherwise a wonderfully relaxing place to unwind in. Didn’t seem to be much else in walking distance ( bars or restaurants) but that suited me fine as I loved chilling by the pool and using the very reasonable bar service.

The Swahili styled cottage was enormous. Own private entrance and the wow… stunning view of the sea from the patios. Huge room with delightful bathroom ( shower snd slipper bath with piping hot water. Shutte doors ( 4 of them) open onto your sea view patio and steps down to your own little sandy spot with loungers. Gorgeous sunrise. Private little beach front location but set above the beach so felt very safe. Eating and drinking done casually around the pool. Pool table has the most amazing seafront view ( but bring your own balls for a full set).

My stay at the season lodge was perfect, the staff was super friendly, professional, warm and always there when needed to satisfy their customers, the food was really good, the room with private beach was also to my taste. Frankly top. You can book this place with your eyes closed 😉

Nothing - honestly, it was all great.

There is so much that’s fabulous about this hotel.. the location is wonderful, on a quiet section of the coast with bedrooms that look out over the beach and the ocean, with almost no one on the beach. What you see in the pictures is what it’s like. The staff are extremely friendly and endlessly helpful, with things like making arrangements and doing laundry, and all the taxis they arranged for us were in time, safe, and friendly. And it’s a lovely place just to hang out in, you don’t need to be out doing stuff all the time. It’s not sophisticated but is very clean, comfortable, and you’re well looked after.

This place is like paradise and even much better than on the photos. It is a quiet and natural place with perfect privacy. Each bungalow has its own property around. Food was nice and the staff very friendly. Internet by the way was very stable also for video calls and also in the bungalows. Just one day there where a few failures. I also loved the dogs. Although they don't interact with you unless you do. I wish I could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely time here at seasons lodge. To make it easy we can say that we liked everything about this hotel... But above everything the most fantastic and lovely staff. Absolutely everybody was the most amazing people!

Rooms are spacious, clean and with beautiful Ocean view. The private beach access is very convenient. The food is good and the menu is changing every day. Don't miss the cheese & Limette cake, a dream!

There is nothing to not like.

The breakfasts were delicious! The chef makes fresh juices every morning that are absolutely delicious, and always have fresh fruits, croissants, pastries, and eggs made to your specific choice.. Excellent.

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice and possibly a small fridge. The fan in our room was inadequate which made some nights quite uncomfortable and a/c would be a welcome addition. Getting in and out of the pool was a little tricky as some tiles were very slippy.

Great end to our holiday, tranquil and relaxing, the setting was perfect with so many thoughtful touches to the decor. The staff were super friendly and made us very welcome and always happy to help. Great breakfast, lunch and evening meal choices at very reasonable prices. Rooms were very roomy and fantastic sea view.

Not hot water after 3 days. ALL the seating in the restaurant needs to be replace with much more comfortable seating.

From the moment we arrived until we departed the staff could not do enough for us, all were very friendly and welcoming. The room was idyllic, with views out to sea and the sunrise was beautiful every morning. All the meals were excellently prepared and presented and delicious, compliments to the chefs. When the tide was out the beach was brilliant, saw at least 6 different type of crab and numerous birds. This is a real Paradise.

The location is amazing, small and quiet white sand beach and stunning turquoise sea. The room was very spacious with a huge bed and beautiful view. The entrance to the bungalow is through a quirky wooden door - like the secret garden. Great to be able to see the sea whilst in the bath. The communal areas are spacious and there are lots of shady places if there sun is too hot - canopied double sun beds by the pool and swinging beds too. We had the seafood platter one evening on the beach with fizz - would definitely recommend. All the food was good and reasonably priced with different choices every day. Overall great value for money.

This place is amazingly beautiful, quiet and low key. If you appreciate the peaceful solitude of a gorgeous island location, this is it. Our cabin opened up to the sea and each unit was very private. The staff were all exceptional. It was such a treat to have our beds turned down each night. Each day had a new menu in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff helped us arrange a trip to Stone Town and we also rented motorbikes for the day. We were so happy to be on this side of the island as opposed to the busy hustle and bustle of the north end. The water is turquoise blue and the large change in the tide made for a changing beach experience twice a day.

Just as it appears in the photos, this place was beyond beautiful and totally idyllic. The bungalow was amazing in every way and staff were super helpful and friendly. The beach was really gorgeous and it felt like we had it to ourselves. Massive tidal range made it really interesting to enjoy at different times of day. Food was amazing too.
