Minors: No free water at the dinner / the pool. The first cleaning of the room at 3 PM was quite late, while the evening preparation was at 6 PM...? Closing the wellness at 7 PM - could be later, as the last 90 min massages we could start at 5.30 PM. The smoking area could be far from the dining area.

The selection and quality of meals were exceptional. Leaving very early and got our breakfast at 4.30 AM - we appreciated it! The pool was clean, no complaints. The Zumba lecture with Lukman was great - should be announced more, we found the only announcement in the daily plan in our room. We liked the cocktail menu in the beach bar.

I have an egg allergy which i let the pastry chef know. There was very little effort of making anything eggless which limited most of the breakfast and all the desert items for dinner. The pastry chef was uninterested to accommodate this even though I asked a few times for at least 1 or 2 things to be made.

Villa was exceptional. Very spacious and very luxurious! Staff were amazing (aside from the pastry chef) Surrounding greenary was also amazing

By far our favorite hotel. We booked the garden view pool villa for 1 day and visited during our honeymoon. They organized a surprise for us with candles and flowers which made us so happy. All stuff were genuine and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was unreal and during dinner we had live music playing cocktails were very good as well. The main pool was very unique and the pool in our room was bigger than what I imagined. The rooms were very luxurious and beautiful. Also, when my husband had a sunburn, they brought us the hotel's doctor to check on him which we appreciated a lot. We had a great stay and thank you very much for this!

There were ticks in our private pool, we told the management and they treated the water and the problem was solved, apparently. The food and drinks are VERY EXPENSIVE. For exemple a simple local beer costs 9 USD and the cocktails range between 16 and 19 USD. So if you are looking for boose, maybe the all inclusive package fits better. There is a lot of seaweed in the water, but this seems to happen in all the south of the island. It did not bother us so much once we stayed most of our time in our private pool. Also, the beach is not private and there are some guys that approach the tourist to sell tours. At last, the hotel has two restaurants: the main one (buffet) and The Pavillon (a la carte). We went to both, but the service in the last one took so long and there are very few options in the menu. On the other hand, the buffet is excellent, tasty and there are many options.

The hotel facilities are very nice, especially the villas. We got a villa with a totally private pool but quite near to the main areas of the resort. The resort is quite big and there are bikes available to get aroud.

The complimentary water activities are very limited. The WIFI in the villa we booked was completely off, so we didn't really get to use any of that.

Everything was just too splendid.From the welcome, golf cart ride to the rooms, the food was beyond amazing, and the view was to die for. Housekeeping and their creative towel art everytime after cleaning.Very quite and classy hotel. I'll definitely be booking this place again soon. PERFECT FOR HONEYMOONERS.

Was asked to pay an extra US$ 95 for kids Christmas Eve lunch that never was. Was just given the runaround with the staff unable to explain the basis of this charge as I had to pay separately for the lunch. No refund was forthcoming either.

Very spacious and amazing room. Lots of greenery. Complimentary bikes. Very good variety for breakfast. Nice plunge pool. Kids club. Fresh food. Good variety during buffet dinners.

The resort is big and it can be quite a walk. There is a golf cart service but you may have to wait. They also have bikes, but it would be great to have more kiddie bikes for the little ones to get around.

The resort is remote and private, with great facilities especially the pool. The villas are spacious and comfortable and the private pool amazing. Loved the food. We ate at the main dining room and every night there was a different theme and the food always enjoyable with wide variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our stay.

pool was great and the one in the villa, we stayed here for 10 days and the food was good, every night a difference menu , like asian one night, round the world another night , fish night and so on, tonight is curry night, as for breakfast great choice , i must be one of the only places i been and i have traveled a lot had good old fashion British sausages , drink was a bit slow around the pool but all in very goodall

There honestly isn’t much I don’t like about the property, I think if they added TVs with Netflix or something would be nice but you’ll be outside most of the time so you don’t really even need that.

The property is tranquil, relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. The community infinity pool is AMAZING! Could spend hours in there. The rooms all have your own infinity pool as well which is amazing if you have an ocean front room. There is a bathtub in the villa that is big enough for two, which is nice for couples. The staff is exceptional, they will go out of their way to get you whatever you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are also NO BEACH BOYS!! Which is a huge plus. Private beach, private villa, private property.

The requirement to keep an initial deposit despite paying the room charges for the entire stay in advance seemed a little out of place.
