In the end, they put two beds for us into a single room (honestly, the room seemed like it had been out of use until then -- no TV, no wastebaskets, and no mosquito net on one of the beds). They said that for our second night, we would be able to move into 2 rooms. They they sincerely apologized for everything (a little late, but we appreciated it!). Later, I woke up to pee in the middle of the night, and found that the toilet wouldn't flush, and the floor was covered in water :) It really felt like things couldn't get any worse. We told the staff about this the next morning, and they assured us we would move out of that room. After feeling like were being strung along all day (we couldn't get any straight answers about when we could move rooms and even if we could definitely get 2 rooms), in the evening we got 2 free upgrades to some really beautiful rooms that we thoroughly enjoyed staying in. So in the end, we feel like the staff did make things right, and were trying their best to handle a situation they probably hadn't encountered before. We definitely felt like the "problem guests" and were relieved to leave :) I wouldn't come back here, but still do really appreciate the upgrades for the second night.

I am conflicted about this place. Starting at check-in, things started out very poorly, but got much better the next day. My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights, made the booking through Booking.com for 2 separate rooms about a month or so prior. I received all the normal booking confirmations from Booking.com. When we arrived there for the first night of our booking, the staff looked very confused and kept asking us to sit and wait. They asked multiple times if having two rooms was totally necessary, to which we replied yes (because that's what we had booked). They finally told us that there had been an "oversight" with our booking, and that only one room was available (based on their confusion and the length of time we had to wait, my suspicion is that they hadn't seen our booking at all, and just happened to have one room available to put us in). We were understandably disappointed and frustrated because we had traveled a long way, were exhausted, and just wanted to check-in to the rooms we had been so excited to stay in. There were initially no apologies from the staff, and they seemed more annoyed with us than anything. They then tried to blame the "mix-up" on me because I had not pre-paid through Booking.com (our reservation clearly stated that we would pay at the property). Long story short, check-in took over an hour, and we just felt kind of defeated and disappointed.

The staff were really friendly. It's evident that this is a fairly new establishment and they are really trying to find their feet, the staff were friendly on the whole and wanted to help.

Some small inconveniences. The breakfast could be richer and more diversed. Additionally, even though you could serve the breakfast between 7:30 and 10:00, arriving after 09:00 would leave you with a very poor choice of breakfast. The mirror in the bathroom was broken in half, the bathroom door would make a terrible noise when closing which would wake up everyone in the room and the AC remote had troubles communicating with the main receiver so sometimes it was a pain to adjust it. These are not necessarily complains rather than suggestions that I didn't get to communicate to the staff during the stay and I think would make the next tourists' experience more pleasant. :) Some other inconveniences that I addressed were immediately taken care of.

The thing I liked the most was the willingness of the staff to accommodate our needs. We were a family of three and booked a room for 8 nights. I asked for an early check-in but messed up the arrival hour, so instead of arriving at 10:00 am as I initially asked, we arrived at 7:30. We were exhausted after a long flight and a sleepless night and Fabi was kind enough to let us early in the room to catch some sleep. This meant a lot for us. Besides that, the room and the resort were very clean, the staff was helpful, we saw no mosquitos during our stay and the night was mostly quiet. Overall, we did have a lovely stay.

No complains

big and spacious… it wasn’t busy which meant we felt at home while still getting familiar with the other guests. Two pools and very spacious rooms. The staff are friendly and overall we had a great experience. Quick walk to the beach too, which was great

Only one chair at the balcony. No small towels. Sometimes electricity goes on and off which is quite anoying. Early in the morning and late at night, stuff and other guests were slamming the door loudly.

5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. Hotel was nice, big portions for the food. We could use beach towels. Pool was nice and clean, well maintained.

The picture makes you think the hotel is facing the beach but it isn't, its a pretty good walk to the beach and that ruined my expectations. The wifi is terrible at night. It's also surprising that there's no ice available for drinks.

I wish they had a big full mirror for dressing up and an iron in the rooms. They did however offer to iron for us.

The property was super clean and the stuff was very friendly . They had the best breakfast and best food compared to other restaurants in the area . The property was like 5 minutes walk to the beach (which was amazing ).

The WIFI was low sometimes in the bedroom.

On our arrival we had some issues with the bedding, we found some strands of hair and stains on our pillowcases as well as on the sheets and there was no duvet given only a sheet to sleep under. As it was late we asked for new pillowcases which was given to us. The sheets were replaced the following day but no duvet was once again received and this request was only met on the last night of our stay at the resort. The staff members were very apologetic and welcoming however the manager would not identify himself, he assisted us with our wifi upon arrival and gave us some complimentary coffee, it’s a shame that he wouldn’t admit that he was the manager even though we asked him directly.

The location was great, walking distance from the beach. Friendly staff.

We loved our welcome at this hotel! The staff and owner are very kind and helpful with what ever you need help with. They are available at all time. We are very satisfied with the way the staff takes cares of the environment, it’s very clean and new. The location is exceptional and unique. The breakfast is also amazing!! They make the best baking. I will definitely recommend this place and come back next time!
