Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineHotel room walls are not wide enought to prevent small sound from otber room next to me. I had to hear another person using the toilet and all the sounds they make, i also heard clearly all the convesations from both rooms next to my.
The restaurant inside the hotel was good, delicious food.

UkraineReceptionist first evening - killing it’s business, my attempts to talk to administrator was ignored absolutely, dirty bathroom, no heat - it was 10 Celsius in our room, after some attempts to heat the room- I got to the reception and their answer - don’t wait for heat, and only after my request that it is too cold - they offered me fan electric heater- it did help some but we had to use it whole night and it burned all air in our room. But still it was cold .No WiFi in the room, just in the corridor, rusty accessories in the bathroom, mold in the bathroom.
Location is good, parking , security is good- know their job , clean bed sheets.hot water in the shower, good enough breakfast . On the next day staff was nice , but administrator never called me even after my special request

Romania1)The AC didn't cool the room! It makes the correct noise, but it doesn't cool the room at all. The bad part was the reaction of the receptionist to our complaint. By the way, the receptionist didn't speak one word of English and she looked angry all the time. 2) Although there was a paper seal saying DISINFECTED, the WC was used and not cleaned after the usage.

PolandI booked 5 rooms with 2 beds. I get all of them with one, double bed. People who knew each other for 3 dats had to sleep witch each other or speed extra money on new rooms. Lady at the reception pretend to not understand what we were talking to her when we complain about the situation. It makes no sense, cuz we had ukrainian speaker with us and he was trying to talk to her. There was no will to solve this misunderstanding. The price Was also very high. Much higher than other hotels in this area. We choose this one for only one reason - single beds. As I said, we didnt had them. Brakfast was awful. Just awful. I highly do not recommend.

UkraineThere was no possibility to pay by credit card, only cash. When we arrived the receptionist proposed to dismiss the booking.com order in order to get some discount directly from the hotel. Weird service, looks like they don't want to pay any taxes, do they?
The breakfast was good and delicious. Fairly enough for all taste I suppose.
