great place to stay after exhausting trip and the best of 4 night stays during the trip. the staff is super friendly and kind - before we even arrived the reception inquired about our check-out time in case we need breakfast packed to-go. during dinner and breakfast took care a 10 month old gets special food with no salt/sugar

We stayed for one night on the way back to Kiev. Rooms are clean and big. We have two rooms and they were located on the different sides of the very long hall. I believe that the smaller ones are between these two bigs so we have such a big distance between our rooms. It's a very popular place because of its restaurant. We couldn't find the place to park a car. But later at night people from the restaurant went home and we parked cars next to the hotel. One room was just perfect, but the other one had a strange smell in the bathroom. The extra bed wasn't ready and we had to do it by ourselves. The food in the restaurant was good. But it was very loud and kind of mess around. We are ok with it, cause we have children with us and they find a kid's room for playing. The breakfast was very good, big and really tasty.

There were spiders behind the curtain in the room, 1 soap and 2 towels were missing. there was no mosquito net.

I really liked the room, it has a lot of light and clean bed linen. The refrigerator was quiet, the TV was huge and worked well. Breakfast was very varied and delicious!

It seems the property needs more maintenance, as my bed was already a bit shaky. Also, the room had one of those newly-fashion doorless shower cabins I personally don't like but it is a matter of taste.

The hotel looks new and decent. The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is very convenient for transit drivers, very close to the highway. Could not say anything about their breakfast as I had to leave before the restaurant started serving (8:00 am). The room had neither a safe nor a minibar but this is just not in that price range so these are not "cons" really.

Breakfast is a full English breakfast-style buffet. Excellent coffee and pastries. Located close to the big route, so it is convenient if you are here for business. The first floor is a big restaurant "Реберця" (Ribs in Ukrainian), so try their signature Ribs in honey souse. The restaurant is very busy on weekends by locals. The room is super spacious. Very clean.

Rather limited choice at the breakfast, although the quality is good, coffee in particular.

Good choice to stay when traveling by car. Room of reasonable size for two, bathroom with good shower, with drawers for toiletries, good bedding/sheets (the bed is a bit too soft as for me), WiFi is stable both in the room and the restaurant, spacious parking, car wash, inhouse restaurant (please, note no alcohol available).

There were some minor imperfections. There was the hot water in shower, while only cold one in the sink; the breakfast was included in the room price, but for the first time in the hotels where we happened to stay, we were told that we had to pay for the coffee extra as it was not covered by the breakfast allowance.

The interior of the hotel corresponds to 4 stars. The hotel is new and conveniently located on the Chernivtsi ring road on the way from Romania Self service car wash - in the hotel complex the hosts were responsive to our requests
