We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Car parking is just in front of entrance. There's no elevator in hotel, but it's not high - we stayed on 4 floor, and no other rooms were higher. The glass roof is cool, kids just liked to sit there and enjoy the thunderstorm.

Excellent breakfast. You can choose from the menu what you want to eat in the morning. They have four options, so you don't get bored with repeated food every day.

United StatesThere's nothing major to complain about, so I'll just point out a few small touches that could up the experience a bit. Softer towels would be a nice touch, the towels are thin and not that soft - but they work just fine. Our room had a nice big steam shower - but none of the extra features work (I've seen this at other places too). The room we had sleeps 3 (two adults a child - there's only 1 bed), however, there was only two pillows and 1 blanket in the room upon checkin. We asked for extra and were given them no problem, but I would have expected the room to be adequately ready for the number of guests the room sleeps.
This is a perfectly fine hotel in Zhytomyr! My normal hotel was booked, so I tried Alir on the recommendation of a local friend. It's a nice hotel, no complaints, you will have a perfectly fine stay here! 24 hour access, just have to ring a doorbell after a certain hour. The staff doesn't speak English, but we managed just fine, everyone is friendly day and night. Location is decent, a few blocks walk to the main street - we had a car so that didn't matter to much. There is parking in the rear, but I usually opt to park out friend and come and go as I please without dealing with people. There's a 24 hour grocery store across the street, and a late night Shawarma place around the corner - girls working there were English students so that made ordering easy. Our room had a small refrigerator which was great! WI-FI worked perfectly fine. I'm guessing breakfast is excellent here, as the staff seemed disappointed every day when we declined (we're late sleepers in this family), but give it a try if you're here (you will fill out a piece of paper the day/night before)! I would recommend Alir!

TurkeyThose who write that the breakfast is excellent in this hotel are either liars or the breakfast was excellent during their stay. The worst aspect of the hotel is the breakfast. It's really inadequate, just 2 slices of bread and two eggs, 3 slices of cucumber, 3 slices of tomato and 4 slices of cheese and 2 grams of butter. I don't know who will be satisfied with this breakfast
