Would be nice for administrators to improve communication skills a bit (I can’t say they were rude but at the same I can’t say they are so friendly), our room view wasn’t so good (wall and tiny part of forest). Restaurant located at the same building but has different owners and has strange policy about pets (they don’t allow pets inside but allow on the outside terrace which during warm days is ok but on cold days it’s really bad). Internet speed under WiFi is very poor (0.5-4 mb/s almost nothing loads under that speed) and mobile network is poor as well so if you plan to work don’t count on their internet.

Good location, pet friendly (note that they charge additional fees for pet per each night), comfortable room, everyday cleaning and towels changing, comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom, cool room interior, small balcony but without nice view.

The hotel was perfect for our family. It had 3 toilets in the room, 2 showers, a kitchen, beautifully designed interior, tons of wardrobes and drawers. The view was exeptional. Breakfasts were delicious. Staff was always very friendly. Big parking lot. Close to everything by foot. Overall 10/10. Will come back for sure!

There was a big stain on the carpet but everything else was so clean. No bell boy. After we left, the manager contacted us to pay for some damages in a sink and sent us pics for a sink that was not even the one in our room! That was the only thing that upset me!

The location is excellent. Just few minutes away from the center. The receptionist is so friendly and fluent in English. Cozy place, felt like home. Food is tasty at their restaurant. They understand Muslims food preferences (Halal)

At night they close the entrance to the hotel - not safe and I feel uncomfortable having to call the administrator to let me out.

We asked for a room with twin single beds for our children and it was agreed when booking. But when we arrive, the room was one double bed.

1. Elevator was not working for 2 days out of our 3 nights stay. No bell boy offered to carry our heavy suitcase to the 3rd floor. 2. There were workers doing work in the property and it was so noisy. Drilling and other construction-related noises. My child couldn't sleep or have an afternoon nap. I later realized that it was noted in Booking.com but when I called the receptionist and told her about it, she was so rude and not professional at all in her response and reaction to my concern. 3. One of the receptionists, without mentioning his/her name, was not very polite and not professional. For this reason I decided to extend my stay in Bukovel but move to another hotel to get a better experience. 4. The restaurant closes very early at night and nothing to do in the property in the evening. 5. Breakfast is not included in the price. 6. Be careful from the sanitizer dispenser at the reception. It splashes alcohol all over. So watch out for your eyes. I believe the dispenser is designed to dispense gel type sanitizers not liquid types.
