The massive flag above the bed. Doesn't matter which country (although it can raise some political views for some). It's just too big and really not aesthetic! Haha You can make a "symphony" with the couple next door, as you can hear relatively easily each other.

Late check in, right at the curfew time. Easy, simple, fast. Very convenient. Good location. Already used this girl 3 times in 3 weeks.

Seems like the walls are not soundproof – you can hear people talking, watching TV and having sex around.

I liked the big size of the room, actually there was a quite spacey corridor and then a bedroom with a balcony, and a bathroom. There were a lot of furniture units in the room, like wardrobe, armchairs, tables and a big bed. The staff were nice and friendly. The place is located 15 min walk from the train station. There are lot's of cafes and restaurants nearby. In general everything was ok and not too expensive.

Very minor thing, but there’s this shower which is equipped with these jet streams. Only they don’t work.

Really beautiful space. Super comfortable. My friend called it 90s lux. There’s even a little bar and a radio in the shower.

Poor sound insulation, at 3 o'clock heard the neighbors, not very comfortable narrow beds that bend, I would like to have in the bathroom at least some shampoo and shower gel in addition

there is no free hotel parking area. Private underground area is very expensive. Another option is to leave car on the street, which also costs money.

They need to give a key to each guest.

Location is central and you have Favourite Uncle restaurant nearby - always go there when in Kiev. Room is big and has AC which is amazing when it is as hot as in July. The only minus - we had only 1 key for my friend and me and it isnt convenient as often we had different things planned and they were annoyed when one of us needed an access to the room at night.

We booked a SUITE thinking that it would be a luxurious room. It was filthy. The carpet had big black patches of dirt all over it. The bed looked like it had been slept in BEFORE we arrived and the shower door was hanging off the hinges. The dirt and grime in the shower had been there a very long time. The bed linen was NOT fresh, the bed sheets and duvet were creased and looked like somebody had just got out of the bed before we arrived and it was simply just made to look like it was made but the creases and the condition of it were very obvious. Extremely disappointing stay and not worth the money. The room/suite was meant to be soundproof it was NOT soundproof as we were kept awake all night by the guests in the next room. When I spoke to Reception the receptionist thought it was funny, when I asked her why she was laughing she told me it's her job to smile. She also stated that they had NO other rooms available in the hotel to move us to and that the room was only dirty and the shower door hanging since our stay hours before. In fact, we have a message from the Receptionist telling us that the condition of the room was our fault, I am not a Liar, I'm a FEDERAL OFFICER in Ukraine and this is totally unacceptable. Please do not waste your money staying in this hotel as the advert is NOT the reality. When we were checking out I spoke to a different lady in reception who was lovely, who told me that the room was in that condition BEFORE we stayed in it, and that we need to post a REVIEW on booking.com as the owner will see it and will contact us. The hotel is old that isn't the issue the issue is the DIRT as it's filthy, very noisy and the shower was broken. We paid a lot for this suite and it was a waste of money, we moved to another hotel to a much nicer CLEAN ROOM that was a fraction of the price of this hotel and yet had more facilities and a larger CLEAN ROOM that we could use.

NOTHING to like at all. This hotel was one of the WORST HOTELS I've ever stayed at in Ukraine.

the walls are really bad , like you literally hear everything from both sides , very tough to sleep at night . the shower is not good too , like in few seconds it turn cold or hot randomly .

the staff , reception are very friendly and supporting . location is good and it has so many good restaurants around.

The beds are terrible!!!! Narrow and unconfortable. The curtains are see-thru offering no protection from sunlight. The Hotel is very loud at night, 2 of 4 nights we had no sleep bcs of other guests bringing prostitutes to their room.

Bad odor in entire building from smokers, soundproof is terrible, you can hear everything from all the rooms around, fare price for this place is 25$. It's an office building and one floor level turned into a hotel, by build-in drywall. We couldn't sleep at all because some aggressive people were fighting all day and all night, and reception was not doing anything about it.
