Location is perfect, especially for those who are travelling without a car. The neighbourhood is quiet, stuff is very helpful, rooms are super clean and well equipped. Also you get a very good breakfast included in your price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and stay here when I'm in Bukovel next time.

Location is great, especially during winter due to ski lifts in 100 meters. Hotel is new, with nice and modern interior. Breakfasts are great, music also. Great for young couples and groups of friends

Our room was located on the 2d floor and it was so noisy! Really bad noise isolation (bar, staff, other guests - all these sounds). A little bit cold in the hall - needs to wear sweatshirt, long pants.

Super location, near from elevation station. Cool food (exactly morning buffet), pretty friendly staff! Comfortable space for saving ski/boards and other equipment. And so cute fireplace in the hall - nice idea for common space.

Air conditioning doesn’t work in the rooms and in common area, giving the abnormally hot summer conditions, it was extremely hot in the room Even though the main hotel building is finished, it’s still construction side around and it’s hard to understand how to get to the hotel and parking.

Generally nice place with modern design. Take cards for payments, provide free full breakfast by menu, nice staff.

It’s all new and modern hotel. The location Is great. You will find the ski lifts so close. As well as some grocery shop. The rooms are comfy and stylish, so are the lobby and the restaurant. You can have very tasty dinner and cocktails there. The staff is very friendly and polite, you can count on them.

Absolutely terrible soundproof. You hear completely everything. If sleeping is in your plans during your stay, then ask for the room as far from elevator as possible and be prepared for early corridor cleaning ladies who do not care about your sleep.

We rented a one-bedroom suite for about 300$. Our apartment was without soundproofing; we heard the lift rolling up and down. It would be best if you waited about 5 min water running to get warm water for the tap. Moreover, it was cold in our bedroom. When we asked receptionists to change our apartment for another one, we were proposed a lower grade apartment...

Air conditioning does not cool, only runs on Fan. I believe the hotel made it like that only to cut electricity cost. I spoke to reception they said all rooms are same. We could not sleep because of none pleasant room temperature. I had to change the hotel next day.

The room design I special, the room floor is two levels and there is short stair to get to the second level which has the bed and small sitting place. Nice.

Would be nice to have cups for tea and spoons in room. Absolutely no places territory to sit or something. But they are building a pool and maybe that will be fixed in the future.
