We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyThe room was a little small, though it had a nice balcony. Breakfast hours should be extended, to at least 8am. Wifi is sometimes a little slow. Just a couple of the staff members manage to communicate in English, so be sure to have Google translate on your phone!
The hotel is nice, and it has a small but convenient pool (in hot summer days), and outdoor patio area. The staff is very helpful (but see below). The restaurant is quite good. We could only have breakfast some days, because breakfast is served after 9am, and we needed to be somewhere by then, but when we had it it was very good. Wifi is pretty good and it covers the whole property.

United StatesThe attitude of the front desk girl Irina, was only nice until I forgot to show her gratitude for making a call to beauty salon. I thanked her but according to her did not thank her enough. I was forced to eat in my room because I brought my own dietetic food. Btw I bought plenty of drinks by the Bar but was not enough. They are very overpriced for a hotel. Most hotels I stayed at will sell you water and soda bottles at maximum 25 uah. This place charges 50 uah. Missing an elevator. Pool closed. Description says private beach. That is a lie. There are lounge chairs which you can pay for to sit outside and they call that beach..... What a joke...
The rest of the staff was nice and courteous. Place is clean and modern. Rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms also very nice and clean

NorwayLoad music in the hotel all day from morning till 11 pm. It is hard to get there in any other way than taxi. The hotel is far from the nearest metro station. Moving between Biruza club (Svyatopetrivske) and the center of Kyiv is very time-consuming.
Breakfast was good, and the staff very friendly. The room was clean and large enough. The swimming pool is however rather small. It is mostly for children, for adults it may be used to cool off the body (and for few other purposes). Biruza club in Svyatopetrivske has a restaurant too, with tasty and somewhat expensive food. After 11 pm the hotel was quiet.
