Everything was fine. It was a bit tricky to find the hotel but I just called reception. They speak both English and Ukrainian

The hotel was really cosy, the facilities nice. The price is fantastic and the capsules felt private and were fairly soundproof. I arrived after a long overnight trip and the reception allowed me to check in early and there is very tasty food available in the kitchen area which was much appreciated after a long drive.

The only downside is that it doesn't have a full kitchen. Still, food can still easily be obtained and reheated.

Immaculate and clean. Near to everything: markets, shopping, main square, subway, open markets, center yet quiet and and calm for a good night sleep. Plenty of very CLEAN AND MODERN bathrooms, tea, grounded espresso coffee, filtered water. AND especially, the unsinkable Vera)). A piece of peace of home. Will definitely come back for the kindness and laughs.

The Hostel is excellent, clean comfortable. I was made very welcome by the owner and very polite and helpful person. The location is good, close to shops, city centre, not far from Train Station. The Hostel is excellent. I would recommend staying here. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

We arrived as friends and departed as dearest family. The family you are happy to see again, rather than take a couple Xanax and hide from at gatherings. I was very pleased there are no cameras in the 4-bed dorm. The owners told me they would sooner sing Katyusha in the streets of Lviv, before they would ever put a KGB style camera in the 4-bed dorm. The owners were cooking for us at their New Year party in the lobby, even filling our glasses to the brim with champagne.

Capsule hostel is leagues above any other hostel in Kharkiv!You're not going to be able to find a nicer hostel at this price. The place is immaculate and very luxurious. The living room is spacious, comfortable, and modern. The kitchen is huge and very lux. The bathrooms looks like something out of top of the line hotel with brand new floors, lights, sinks, etcetera. They even play music in the bathroom. It's hard to fully articulate their attention to detail. The capsules are maybe the best part: The capsule is huge and has blackout curtains. You have your own table, light, and 2 outlets. The bed is extremely comfortable, I haven't slept this good in weeks. There is really nothing to complain about. The lockers are very secure and are operated via an electronic key card. The staff are very accommodating and will help you with anything you need. The breakfast is included and it is great: fresh toast with butter, boiled eggs, apples, and oatmeal. The sink in the kitchen has a filtered water faucet. The apples are free, along with the myriad of tea options, coffee, snacks, and chocolate. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff is really caring about visitors. Very clean, secure, well organised premises and sleeping places. Also the hostel has a nice ventilation system, which allows to keep different temperatures in different rooms. Moreover, each “capsule” is ventilated too.
