Cheap in-house ski rental. Close to Bukovel center. Located right on a main highway, so basically once got off the bus l, you’re in front of hotel. Nice warm pool(free). Good sauna.(need to pay). I advice to pay for breakfast during booking, because those breakfasts are amazing.

I’m travelling a lot and after Dubai service is difficult to surprise me. This hotel did it. The best service which I got in Ukraine. Stuff completed all my requests and above. Kitchen cooked my special order to meet my food request. Had a great clean room with fantastic view. Manager treat me as a family from the beginning to the end. The highest rate to this place.

Our stay was perfect. The swimming pool was the centrepiece of our stay. It is perfectly heated regardless of the time of the day or weather; therefore, we spent most of our time chillaxing in it. Even at night, when the temperature was approximately 12 degrees after the thunderstorm, the water temperature in the pool was so hot and welcoming that it took some willpower to leave that pool and go to sleep. The staff were exceptionally hospitable and friendly. Additionally ,there was a picturesque view from our balcony.

The hotel really exceeded expectations. compact, comfortable and very clean area. Fantastic courtesy and willingness to solve all problems by the reception staff (Tetyana and Ruslana). Great bathroom and comfortable beds. Incredible restaurant with chef Dima who (I really don't understand this) has still not been poached to Kyiv or Europe. Thank you! everything was awesome.

parking spaces might be scarce, if the hotel is packed

compared to my other stays in Bukovel I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were spacious, the ski room was a step up in comparison to other places in that area. Bathrooms had heated floor and bidets were integrated into toilets, which was also a nice addition. The only issue we had was the fact that rooms were too hot, but I dare not say that it’s a disadvantage, especially when the clothes are soaking wet, or if you’re returning from the pool (getting out from +28 water, even if it’s just -1 outside is extremely unpleasant)

There were some small bits and pieces of wear and tear inside the hotel. In the spa, the floor next to the sauna entrance is really slippery - it's easy to fall. The location in a bit of an issue, the road to the Bukovel is overcrowded - it takes 1 hour to drive 4 kilometers.

First of all, I was amazed how well thought the hotel's infrastructure is. I could really see that the owners of the hotel have carefully planned out every detail. Another big surprise was the restaurant. The food was just great and beautifully served. The staff was very friendly and attentive to every single detail. The spa was great and the outdoor pool with the heating in the winter was a great discovery. The hotel should be really proud of it.

Staff is helpful. Restaurant is professional. SPA clean and cosy. Sauna is good with djacuzzy and swimming pool. Rolls are too expensive, but burgers so delicious. Bograch and banosh the best I've ever had. Thanks!

Very big problem with this hotel is that they don’t have an elevator. The stairs are very steep and dangerous.

This place is amazing. Everybody are so friendly, rooms are clean and nice. Ilona at reception helped us with all the questions we had, Volodymyr and Misha introduced the best dishes. Everything was so tasty. It was really nice talking to the manager Liyudmyla Mychailivna. Also, Volodymyr, who work outside next to the pool was so friendly. I was impressed by amount of flowers around the hotel. It made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They did a great job. Thank you guys. I will definitely come back to this place and recommend to all my friends.
