Cute fresh hotel. Everything that was needed was there. Clean, modern, sweet small things such as hair elastics etc. Nice attentive stuff. Not to mention starry sky above the bed. I also liked the location: it felt historical, close to everything, yet not exactly in the cheese part of the center, so not too noisy.

The bed was a bit short. Can be inconvenient for people 1.8+ It wasn't that warm but we had a powerful air-conditioning, only con was the air became dry afterwards.

Shower room was very good. Service was nice Free coffee is not a bad bonus. Lights were great with different options

Location is very good, just short walk to famous Derybasivska street. But still the price was very nice Staff was so friendly greeting with smile whenever I passed the reception. Room was small but cleverly designed making it surprisingly functional.

The location is really good downtown still very calm, the stuff was great, special shout out to administrator Oleh. I really liked the interior, so many details were taken care of like where the sockets and light switches are located, personal hygiene products, the lights, design, the room and bathroom were very clean

You need someone to let you out of the hotel (open the front door). For some reason they don't keep it open? But maybe it's security precautions because of the war.

Great location, very close to city-center (less than 10 min on foot) Very nice modern design + comfortable and well-organized room space. Quiet and sunny terrace. Loved the bathroom toiletries)

Room door has no sound isolation. If it's loud in the hall, it's loud in you room. And vice versa.

It is a good value for a buck. Cozy, clean and comfy.

The bed was short. A person taller than 175sm could feel discomfort.

The eye for details: so many useful things in the bathroom even a scrunchie. Nice ceiling lighting. Friendly staff.

There are no English language channels

It was a great place, very clean, very polite and classy staff, and a very reasonable price. The bathrooms were clean and had all the needs. The room was warm and provided all the needs. In a cold city, you feel warm, comfortable and safe, and there is no disturbance at all. I would like to recommend any one to stay in

They put together a great place; but should of spent the extra dollars on a Thicker Queen mattress for each room. An easy fix is to have 4 pillows in each room, not just two.

Absolutely spotlessly clean; stocked mini fridge; new everything; large room and bathroom; close to City Center; it was everything their site said and more.

Everything was perfect! The receptionists were very friendly, nice and positive (rare qualities for Ukrainian hotels). Interior is very clean and modern. Every commodity is available in the rooms. In one word - perfect.

New, very clean comfortable rooms, they think everthing , toohbrush to dust cleaner . The shower door excellent for keeping dry the bathroom. Chic design, close to city center, very good wifi, and has got a big backyard garden.

When we arrived around 17:00 nobody helped us to carry the luggage to the second floor, we had to do it ourselves. They were not replenishing the shower gel every day. You had to ask for it, and they provided it.

Rooms were very nice and clean. There was also a nice working space with amazing comfortable armchairs and a great open terrace.

Good location just in 5 min walk from downtown. The room was bigger than we expected on pictures. Stuff are kind and friendly. There were tons of sun on terrace in shared zone - the best place to start morning with coffee.

The receptioniste named Oleg was a sovjiet-stile unplaisant person.

The receptioniste called Marina was polite and very helpfull in resolving problems in the evreydaay life in Ukraine.

The noise insulation is terrible. This is a really nice hotel when you are a deep sleeper but for anyone who is easily disturbed by noise it is not a good option. You can clearly hear your neighbours, even when they are just talking normally. The hallway is even worse, it seems to amplify noise. I think it is due to the hospital kind of floor and empty walls, it's like an echo chamber. Just hanging up some carpet art or noise carpets on the walls should drastically reduce this problem. I am very conflicted how to rate this hotel. Apart from the noise issue it is really nice. But I slept very poorly due to that.

The staff are absolutely wonderful and the rooms are nice and clean. There are loads of cute little details in the room, little things they provide you with. There is a tea station in the common room and you can get coffee at the reception. The location is good, you can walk in a short amount of time to the center. Street parking was also not a problem, particularly in the evening there are a lot of free spots.
