Our stay at this hotel was pleasant overall, but we found it lacking in some amenities essential for a longer stay, such as a teapot or microwave. There is a stove, but no microwave! What we can't explain - is why the door to the terrace is missing in the living room (it is in the bedroom for some reason).

Our first-floor room was more than spacious it was actually two rooms. We had a cozy bedroom and a large living room, giving us plenty of space to relax and spread out. One of the best things about this hotel is the secure parking spot in the closed yard. Inside, we had everything we needed: comfy sofa, work table, reliable Wi-Fi, and multiple TVs. The table for 5-6 people was great for meals, and the big fridge was handy. Best of all was the enclosed terrace, perfect for relaxing, even during curfew. Plus, the central location near restaurants, Novus supermarket, and OKWine store was ideal.

A lovely family hotel. Clean, cozy, furnished with everything you need to feel at home. The front desk staff was very kind and responsive. Great location, close to a large grocery store. I would visit again!

I have stayed at this hotel for the second time. Very comfortable and spacious apartments. I felt comfortable and safe in the hotel. It is easy to get to the centre of Kyiv. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommendable.

Their pet-friendly attitude was highly appreciated.

Excellent Apart Hotel in a perfect location. Quiet enough to enjoy some peace, but close enough to walk to the centre in 15 - 20 minutes. Very friendly staff, always very helpful with a smile.

The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast. Getting good breakfast in short time early morning in nearby restaurants is not possible.

It would be a nice service to refill e.g. pads for dishwasher/ washing machine for longer term guests (I stayed there for 2 weeks). Only one small pot and one small pan available, which is a little difficult in case you really want to cook. You can't lock the rooms, which is a little uncomfortable, especially as I had it once that cleaning staff just entered without any notice (I was taking a shower).

Apartment hotel is in a really nice location, which is central and in walking distance from main attractions but also very quiet. The place is well equipped with washing machine/ dryer, oven, dishwasher, etc. and basic equipment for cooking. They even provide some pads for the dishwasher and washing machine. Just 2min walk from the hotel you have a big super market to equip yourself for cooking otherwise a lot of coffee shops and restaurants are closeby. Staff was extremly kind and helpful!

The manager has good will to help and to solve problem. The room has a nice design and a new washing-dryer machine. The area is quiet and safe. I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in a very good quiet location with a drive in, away from the road and private. The apartment is very well equipped and offers all the comforts I could desire, I am definitely return here on my next trip to Kyiv. Thank you to the hard working staff members at the front desk, I am absolutely speechless. I strongly recommend!

No teapot - you either boil water or use for this purpose coffee machine - which not super convenient as then you need to be sure you have enough water in bottles. When it's cold outside and your apartment with balcony it's really blowing with cold air inside - not a problem during warm months I suppose.

Good and spacious flat, all needed equipment. Great location near city centre with shops and etc. Stuff always happy to assist. Always electricity and heating - which is a big benefit now, good internet connection.

The hotel is located in an excellent central and quiet location. The personnel were very polite. The backup power generator certainly saved us several imes during our short stay, I'm very happy about our choice this time :)
