We liked every thing . Our stay was amazing . Stayed with My wife and 3 kids. Location is very close to center and hotel is very clean and well equipped . There are many restaurants and shops around . Very nice coffee in front of the hotel called Sisters .highly recommended

This hotel is new, so all facilities were good and clean. There was only one problem we couldn't find the hotel because the address on Booking.com is wrong. but the staff helped us.

Location is... Ok. A signboard might be helpful. Room was on 3d floor and there's no elevator - ok for me, but keep this in mind.

the breakfast could be much better; one has to lower his/her expectations. we think the breakfast was not according to the standards of the hotel. also they write that early check-in and late check-out are possible; however, they don't write that it comes with additional charges (100 Rhivna for 1 hour).

we had the corner room on the second floor; so the window was towards the side street.The room was quite and clean; we had 2-3 tea bags, with suger; but no coffee. There was also a big bottle of water available free of charge. the internet in our room was working good. The staff were generally good; though the middle-age lady who was sitting at reception at our arrival around the noon time was a little rude, the young lady who was preparing the breakfast and also sitting at reception was very nice and helpful with all kind of questions.

1) tasteless cheap breakfast; 2) shower: the watering can did not stay in place, but slid down; 3) fungus smell in the bathroom; 4) poor soundproofing; 5) the view from the window to the neighboring windows is 5 meters.

Breakfast...A bad joke. A mangled small sandwich, a cheap croissant and a small coffe - that's it. Oh, to make good they brought me a bottle of wine. At 8 in the morning. Is this some alcoholics motel? Don't forget to bring your toilet tissue and napkins. Check toilet tissue before going to the bathroom, or you will be in for a big surprise - as was I.

Basically - nothing to like.

We were given a room with no view on the ground floor. Room was looking to another apartments window. Cleanliness of the room. At first when we entered the room there was a black hair of someone in the shower. There were no shampoos, only soap in the shower. Second day we left the hotel around 14:00 pm and we hanged the "please clean our room" sign on the door. When we came back at night the room was not cleaned. Most of the staff do not understand a word in english only 1 person knows. If you want breakfast you have to ask at the reception even when your reservation is breakfast included. If you dont ask for breakfast, you get no food. It is not worth the money. I dont recommend staying here.

We liked the hotel very much. One of the most remarkable experience was the pleasant customer service in this place, we felt very welcome. Hotel is cosy and has all needed things for a stay, even for longer periods. Location is just a few minutes car ride from center, and around you'll find wonderful cafes, shopping mall and restaurants. Thank you Coin Inn and special thanks for receptionist Anastasija, one can rarely meet a person who takes better care of her job.
