A clean and quiet hotel outside the city center but close enough to everything. Hotel room really clean. There was no noise from the neighboring room or from the street. The hotel has a really cozy restaurant where the food is really good and affordable for the Finnish price level. The hotel area is a park-like forest and the restaurant has cozy garden canopies where you can eat dinner. Very cozy. Breakfast was a buffet, which was good considering the price level.

That it was difficult to book the sauna, and it turned out to be a family place (those days), so screaming kids were everywhere.

Russia and Putin who ruined a trip that could have been even better

Just great hotel and greatest staff! We were here right after Russia bombed the Lutsk City. Hotel was on autonomous electricity supply unlike the rest of the city. There were no water in the whole city but staff provided us with big bottles of water and also small bottles with hot water. Kitchen was absolutely delicious that was just heroic understanding under what conditions they had to work that day. Water appeared again in the night so we got a chance to wash up in the morning. The hotel staff was absolutely brilliant providing great support in difficult situation. Just perfect!

No coffe in the morning during breakfast. Coffe machine was broken, no substitute what so ever.

The bed mattress is the only reason hotel do not get max rating. It is much too soft and not same level as rest of experience. I slept on the sofa the last two nights.

Room is very big like small apartment. Place has authentic and cozy atmosphere. Hotel area is gated which adds to feeling of privacy.

Zero noise insulation, without bathrobe. Swimming pool just for four people simultaneously. Weird rule for coffee and tea, first time I see that in a breakfast you can take only one cup, for next you have to pay. Poor breakfast, terrible pancakes and omelet with water…

Helpful stuff, huge, green area, comfortable bed. Good times for breakfast at 7:00 until 10:00. Good WiFi in all hotel

The breakfast was very basic & repetitive on the two days which we stayed there. There is no tea/coffee facility or kettle in the room. The mattresses on the bed are of average quality, considering that this is considered one of the premium hotels in Lutsk. The Sauna facility in the hotel had a problem when we used it, with overheating & ventilation, leading to excess smoke in the room.

The rooms are spacious & have a separate workstation where it is possible to have meetings. Since I was partially working during the trip, this helped me have a few Virtual work-related calls during the stay. The hotel has good amount of greenery around

The bed is not good and not comfortable, they didn't clean our room , when i am back to Hotel at nearly 23pm, i have to call reception for send someone for bring the towels , as the room was not cleaning after 9.30 AM, i left the hotel.The breakfast is OK, but, just you have the right to drink one coffee or a Tea, the second they will charge you. I find this is shameful for ask to pay for second coffee!

The place itself was nice - a bit far from everything but in a nice quiet spot. What surprised me negatively was the greed and the rudeness of the owner: having paid for a double room, I was chocked to be told that I could only have one cup of coffee with my breakfast. Staying for nearly two weeks and having paid for two breakfasts, I did not expect to be shouted at in the middle of the restaurant for asking for another cup. P.S. Obviously, the quality of the ingredients of the breakfast reflected the 'economical' approach as well.
