The temperature in the room was pleasant but not very warm - given the big space it might have needed a little more heating support.

Really a good experience at this structure in central Sumy city. Room I booked was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and good windows that kept the noise out. Bed comfortable with high quality bedsheets. Also good towels in the big bathroom. Toiletries are provided. Have not tried the breakfast but I hear it is of good quality. Coffee served at the reception was more than adequate. Would certainly book again.

Even though I stay here about once a month and have gotten to know this hotel well, this time so much had changed. All of the friendly staff at reception, security, and the restaurant have changed, and they are not as friendly, warm, or helpful. I repeatedly kept trying to pay for my stay (I've always paid at check-in before), but they kept telling me to try again later: the next morning, not in the morning, later in the day, in the evening, etc. When I finally asked why I couldn't pay now, they said I could of course pay and they let me do so. I don't know why they made it so inconvenient for me needing to go back again and again to reception asking to pay. The breakfast had been good before, but this time it was terrible. I got my usual oatmeal and sirniki, but the sirniki were so dry and crumbly, and the sauce was strange—like a sour and fermented chocolate??—that I didn't eat most of it. I find the breakfast convenient in the hotel, but the next time I am in Sumy, I will definitely go to some other restaurant for breakfast or buy something from a supermarket and keep it in the refrigerator in my room. I don't know why there has been this sudden change to new staff who have bad customer service. I hope it will change to something better the next time I return to Sumy; I love this hotel and don't want to change to a different place.

I've stayed at this hotel many many times and will stay here every time I return to Sumy. It has a perfect location at the city center, with new and large rooms with excellent facilities.

Everything was great!

Whether you are visiting Sumy for business or fun, a long visit or overnight stay, Hotel Voskresensky is the most convenient and comfortable hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable with every amenity, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in close walking distance of anywhere you would need to go in Sumy. The hotel restaurant is tasty and convenient, but there are all the best restaurants and cafes in Sumy also within a few minutes' walk if you wish.

Everything was perfect!

As always, my stay at Hotel Voskresensky was perfect. Friendly staff, comfortable and quiet room, convenient location, etc. It is especially nice that during this time when some places in the city often don't have electricity, water, or heat, that this hotel always has these available; it was a pleasant sanctuary where I could sleep in warmth, take a hot shower, and always be able to charge and use my devices and strong wifi. I look forward to my next stay here next month.

The wall heaters struggle to keep room warm so you do need to sleep with blankets. Aside from that very good.

Very surprised. Nice hotel especially under current circumstances. Friendly staff, great location and an awesome little restaurant with great breakfast. Had super water pressure and great hot water for a -9 degree night. Value for money and I would stay again.

Everything was outstanding.

I am always impressed by how great this hotel is: location, comfort, restaurant, staff, price. However, this time was exceptional in the support they provided in helping me get an essential item I had forgotten at home, when I would be arriving after all stores were closed. They went above and beyond what it expected of a hotel, and they certainly saved my trip from disaster. I will remain a loyal guest of this hotel, including when I return next month.

I can't complain about anything because it was all perfect.

This is the best hotel in Sumy, and I have stayed here over a dozen times. The staff is professional, efficient, and very friendly; the location is conveniently in the city center and close to all interesting cafes and shops and sights; the rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable and quiet; all amenities are available, including tea and a refrigerator in the room and a great restaurant in the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I return later this month and every time I visit Sumy.

I can't complain about anything—a great stay!

This was my 12th time staying at this hotel, and it was perfect as usual. A large and comfortable room, nice view, friendly staff, perfect location at the top of the pedestrian streets, great price. And now, after a long quarantine and the ongoing war, the hotel's restaurant has reopened and offers breakfast; the oatmeal and sirniki were perfect for me in the morning before participating in a running race. My next two stays in Sumy are already planned, and I of course made my reservations at this hotel again.

This was my 11th time staying at this hotel, and it is the only place I will stay in Sumy since the rooms are comfortable, the location is convenient, and the staff are very friendly. I've looked at other properties, just maybe for something new and different, but they are all more expensive and/or less comfortable, so this hotel is the only one I will choose.

The wifi was very slow and often dropped, so I needed to pay more for data on my phone to use it as a hotspot for my computer to work.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel and enjoy its location downtown right next to the main square and beginning of the pedestrian shopping/restaurant area. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms have been renovated so they look more modern and very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is great and quiet. The check in procedure was okay. The woman on the reception were helpful and friendly. The shower is very small. The room is quiet small but for single person is okay. I would stay again.
