Absolutely outstanding!!! The front desk staff were incredible! They helped me translate something from English to Ukrainian so a friend of mine could read it, they helped with taxis and no ask was was too big for them. Thank you to an exceptional staff. Housekeeping also deserves a shout out, thank you!! I will stay here again during my next visit to beautiful Odesa. Thank you to everyone!!

Very beautiful hotel. Wonderful, spotless room of a great size and extremely comfortable bed. Great room service (from the restaurant downstairs) for affordable price. Property is only 5 minute walk to the city square. Amazing quality/price ratio.

Very friendly service from our arrival to departure. We even had a lovely upgrade. Room was extremely clean and the whole hotel seemed to have been recently renovated. Location is ideal, less than 15 minutes walk to the main Street.

The breakfast needs improvement in variety of choices. It is an a la carte menu with 5 choices & coffee or juice.

Evrybody who worked at the hotel were professional, friendly and efficient. We liked the food. Though the menu was short, the quality of dishes was superb. As we stayed for over a month, we used the hotel's laundry service which was excellent. Happy to stay there again once we return to Odessa.

* There wasn't a full length mirror in my upgraded room * I had to run the shower/tap water for a bit before use due to rust in pipes * Breakfast was served while sitted instead of buffet style and menu was strictly fixed. Therefore, if you required extras not on the fixed menu, they will charge you. For example, if you were served 1x tea and wanted another cup of tea, you'd get charged as its considered an extra. This inflexibility made for a little inconvenience.

I was decieved by the rating of this hotel, It might be one of the worse hotels I've ever stayed at!! Although my booking was only for one night (thank God), plus I arrived at 6pm they weren't interested in showing any type of courtesy nor they were nice or helpful in any practical way. First of all, the room was so tiny to the extent that you cannot lay a big suitecase in the ground or have a sufficient space to do anything. So in the photos it looks different then in reality. There was no iron and iron table in the room, I asked for one they replied that there is no housekeeping except during the morning time. I also asked them if I can check out late the second day at (3pm), the employee at night shift says (yes) . The second day after a long day of travel they started disturbing me on my room phone around 12pm and the receptionist came to my door with the security guard to ask me to leave the room within 2 minutes!! Can you imagine a 4 star hotel treats its guests this way?! The rating of this hotel is totally a joke!!
