Have to wait for reception to come when we arrived. We was waiting for 15 minutes. Very steep Road up to hotel when it’s snow. Then you need a 4 wheel drive car.

Nice room, bed,clean, veiw a beautiful hotel. Pleasure to go swimming pool after a day on skiing.

we did not like the queque at the breakfast as it was very croudy at the moment. Probably the shift system can be applied - some go and get theor breakfast at 08.00, then 08.45 etc..

It’s very clean and comfortable. The pool and hamam solves the problem with leisure in summertime when there is no skiing. But the most outstanding thing is the hotel crew. We came early in the morning and were very exhausted after train. They let us wait in very comfortable conditions and let us take the room long before official check-in time without any additional fee. Highly recommended!

There was no A/C controls (or we didn't manage to find one), however the temperature in a room was comfortable. The room service could have been better, it appears that only towels have been replaced and trash can (which is quite small) has been emptied. Another thing is that the rooms provide mediocre noise protection and you can hear the corridor and sometimes even the next room. This is not a dealbreaker though, because in general the stay was pretty quiet. Also for some reason there are no paper towels in the room and there are none provided when ordering food, which is inconvenient. Lastly, some ordered food can arrive close to cold, which may be caused by the overload of the kitchen in the evening.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and had a good view. Big thank you to the administrator, who made it possible to check in earlier. The spa zone was quite good and clean, although pretty crowded at times. In general a very good stay with a couple of small things which didn't really affect us much.

The hotel is on the hill and it is quite complicated to climb, as well as you have to go down. the road is constantly clearing of snow, I went down one evening when the tractor had not yet cleared the road and I was about to get on the fence even though I have enough experience driving in the winter, Once I reached the valley, I put the snow chains on wheels 👍. Another thing it's was at the restaurant in my opinion to long time till they bring the food.

Great place and wonderful wiev from the biggest room 👌 good bed, quiet rooms I think is good sound insolation, close to the center of Bukovel. Good breakfast and generally they cook very tasty, the staff very nice, also we enjoyed on the swimming pool every evening after ski.

We wanted to come back again after two weeks but it was fully booked - it is rather strong point 🙂

It was a great time to stay at Elena Spa Resort. The place is new built so it is quite modern and convenient in all ways. Very friendly and professional team makes you feel so special. On top of continental breakfast there is a choice from a la carte menu hot breakfast included as well in very nice designed restaurant. Spa has most common rooms, jacuzzi and big size pool with a view that is also included in your stay. All this comes with a very competitive price (we stayed over Christmas time). Very recommend!

Restaurant and staff(restaurant) - you have to order for a choice only a few dishes for a breakfast and have to wait too long(up to 45 minutes). Staff can even forget about you. Food on one day could be to much salty or no salt at all. Coffee is a crap (cheap gas station level). After pool or jacuzzi water burning eyes because of low level of chlorine and high level of ph. Khamam and sauna starts working at 4pm. Still doors plates(with number) on occupant’s (russian) language. Kids zone extremely poor and old. firewood or coal must bring own(can’t even buy

The restaurant is awful. This is the worst experience I ever had regarding the stuff of a restaurant. They were very rude, took orders even though they did not have that meal anymore (we ordered a soup and waited for at least one hour and in the end the waitress told us that they no longer have it, but still put that on the bill). The breakfast is a joke: 2 types of eggs and some kind of porridge. There was nothing on the menu suitable for a toddler or a child.

The hotel is quite nice, big and clean rooms.

administrator (she never was on the reception), check in at 4 p.m. instead of 2 p.m., no robes for spa, breakfast -very small portion and not tasty, waiters - gave a wrong dishes. Very slippery floor on the first floor. Quarrels between staff. Most of the staff are talking russian even if you start to speak ukrainian with them.

I had a very good vacation there, amazing view, delicious food, clean and beautiful spa, the staff was kind and speak good english, aware of all small details to make us confortable, I would highly recommend this hotel. Great experience.
