UkraineSome furniture and electronics is a bit dated. One night the neighboring house was very noisy and also played loud music from the car. But they stopped somewhere at midnight.
Beautiful location, very comfortable room and nice lake view. Lot’s of hygienic product provided in the bathroom. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. Very pets friendly Restaurant stands to a very high level. Highly recommend octopus

UkraineThe price policy is ridiculous. For example, I have called to clarify the grill rent and was told it is 1.500 UAH. When we came to the administrator, she told us it was 3.000 UAH. Which was an unpleasant surprise. We had already brought steaks and had no desire to be scandalous. The second case was with the golf club. My wife called them when we were already in the hotel to book a training course for children, and she was told it was 750 UAH. When they came there the next day - suddenly, it was 1.000 UAH. When the staff was asked how the price changed for 30%+ within a day the reply was "Oh, ok - let it be 750". Administration must do something about this filthiness with prices - that was the only bad thing during our stay. During our previous stays, nothing like this happened.
The staff is great, all is clean and the territory is beautiful. The golf club is very nice and the trainer was great - the children loved him! Very tasty restaurant, but a bit expensive. And the most important - so many beautiful horses!

The best hotel in Kyiv Region. Close to city. But the feeling like you are somewhere far from an urban fuss, so quiet and relaxing. I want to admit well-kept territory and so polite Equides team. We would like to visit this place again.

UkraineI wish restaurant has more variety of options for breakfast and more options in menu in general, taking into account it was the only restaurant nearby.
Great location nearby Kyiv, hotel is located near lake and surrounded by wonderful green hills. Hotel has hardly more than a dozen of rooms. Our was with a view to the green hill. Regular room is not very big, but very comfortable and tight. Great choice for a week-long (and even longer) stay near Kyiv.

UkraineRestaurant service was long one day due to the closed event. Overall interior is too artsy, lots of “luxury” details. But not in the room, it was very cozy, would be good to have this interior everywhere as this place is called “chalet”. WiFi was slow.
Great location not far from the city. Room was big, clean and with all necessary amenities. Friendly staff at the reception. Food was fine, but simple, don’t expect something special there.

UkraineThe hotel pretends to be 5-star, while it's not. It tries to dust your eyes with useless luxury, but when you try to look into details it's actually poor. You will definitely find a much better place in 1-2 hours by car with a competitive or lower price while with much better service and rooms. The place is not inspiring, there is neither sightseeing nor forest nor other fancy view. The view is on the neighbor cottages or construction, while the lake is there and is not a top pick. The hotel looks fine, while everything other seems to be made "just because other hotels have it". The room was old, with bad smell in the bathroom. The hotel territory is not very well-groomed. Missing/broken lights both in the room and on the territory. Need to pay extra to visit both spa and pool. Pool looks bad and old, spa has only 3 steam rooms, no jacuzzi, very little place. The personnel does exist, while it should be much more people in such a huge place. Tech personnel is missing the uniform. The horses from stables may leave "signs of presence" on the roads, so be prepared.
There were just enough parking places.

UkraineThere were not enough sockets for two mobile phones - you can plug a lamp or your charger. The window in the ceiling is a cool idea but it would be great to have a blinder - the sun woke us up at 5 AM.
Clean and cosy place with new and fresh linen and towels. Nice and comfortable room. The stuff was attentive but not extra obtrusive. The shower cosmetics and belongings were very useful. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

United KingdomYou have to pay extra for EVERYTHING be warned do not expect to use ANY of the facilities without an additional charge. The gym for the day was £50 which is more than a whole months membership back in the UK extortionate prices and it really lets this hotel down.

CyprusSome of the staff was rude and/or unprofessional. The bungalow next to mine was under reconstruction and noice was taking place till late night. Breakfasts are quite poor for the place of such level. No even water included into prepaid breakfast .
Amazing nature, place for relaxing weekend. Many different activities. Beautiful Horses creat special atmosphere. Creators have great imagination.
