I was leaving the hotel early in the morning and the check out was smooth, but the the receptionist left the reception and me in there. When my taxi came, I could not open the hotel entrance door anymore because I handed in my key already and I did not know where receptionist went. I had to take the key from reception drawer myself, but this was not really the service I was expecting.

The location of the hotel is perfect - it is in the center, but a bit outside of it. So it is quiet and very cozy. The room is special, with a high ceiling, and you can feel that there is some history in the building. The room and the bathroom were very clean and comfortable and the room had everything you need for a good stay. Special thank you for a person on the reception who checked me in earlier that was supposed. I did not take breakfast, so I cannot say if it was good or not.

Breakfast choices, though limited, was excellent. Fresh greens and vegetables and the eggs were prepared to my liking. The atmosphere and space was conducive to relaxing and enjoying the meals. They also prepared me a to-go sandwich meal to go as I checked out early to catch a train.

Can’t think of a thing

Design and quality are this hotel’s main strong points. I’ve looked through all of Lviv’s hotels and can say surely: this one will be pleasant for your eyes.

It was quite noizy on the street because of car or building alarm system through all the night and closed windows didn't help. The lightening in my room was not enough.

Keep in mind that there is no safe in some of the single rooms. In my case, there was no problem to change the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is modern and pristine. The room is cozy and warm, and the bed is comfortable. Great value for the money.

The room was poorly cleaned even after we asked for cleaning, the only room with kitchen almost doesn’t have the kitchenware. Also we were traveling with a baby and you need to pull the baby’s stroller up and down the stairs all the time.

Perfect location, beautiful building, stylish interior. Amazing staff who helped us with luggage storage and when we were running out of time for checkout.

While it's not something terrible, I was quite disappointed to discover hair in both the bathroom sink and the soapbox. The bathroom cleaning should be much more thorough.

The food was delightful, and the location was superb. Breakfast was truly exceptional! The hotel's setting couldn't have been better – it's situated on a lovely, quiet street in the heart of the city.

Very pleasant design. Excellent hotel location. Polite staff. Everything was so good There is a bomb shelter. Nice breakfast (280 uah approximately 7€ is fine)

Everything about my stay at Ferenc was perfect. Workers were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast served at the restaurant was delicious. Location is pretty central - the main square is withing a few-minute walking distance. Highly recommend 🙏🏼

No coffee making facilities or comfortable chair in the room. Dark and gloomy entrance and reception area with many steps, trip and stumble hazards. Very subdued atmosphere. The restaurant only opens for breakfast, otherwise it serves as a bomb shelter. No buffet, have to order your breakfast choice the day before. The hotel is making the best of hard times I guess.

Comfortable bed, good sleep, which is after all the main purpose of a hotel. Nice enclosed terrace area at back with comfortable seating. The reception staff were nice and helpful.
