Washing machine policy is stupid (charge per item).

Good price/quality ratio, everything is within walking distance reach, rooms are clean, a few requests I had were addressed, special thanks to the cleaning lady - very understanding, accommodating, safe to leave belonging around.

The only thing was that the bathroom had strong chlorine smell but that’s okay actually.

I loved the location and staff’s friendliness and readiness to help. The day I was checking in it was ready earlier and they were ready to have me - I really appreciated that tired from train.

The TV did not work. The shower was either cold or very hot. It was quite cold in the room! The walls seem to be made of “paper” as you can hear anyone walking, talking, snoring, you name it. I was “lucky enough” to have a snoring neigbor, which was super annoying.

The walls are a bit thin, you can hear all the noise from the next room. But it's not bad.

Location is very good, near Universitet metro station, downtown also reachable by a longer walk. The rooms are practically complete small apartments with kitchen and bathroom and TV.

I didn’t like the bed, it wasn’t very comfortable, and i could appreciate a mini cocking top and I would be more than happy to pay more for the night to have it in the room

It was really good for it’s money, I didn’t expect plates, cups, and cutlery to be there :) so it was very nice to see and the place itself very spacious. Also thanks to very nice housekeeper , she was polite and lovely

It may have been a bad day, but the woman at the desk seemed to be rather harsh. They do not speak any other languages and can be quite abrupt with requests. Early check out (05:00) consisted of me dropping the key on the chair behind the desk and then listening to her yell directions through the door. (Apparently she could see me on camera).

Firehouse clean (in the rooms, especially). It is quiet and has a comfortable bed. Hot water too.

Air conditioning "worked" but was making a truly horrible noise that made it unusable - proved to be difficult in 36°C heat. The mattress was well worn and I felt the springs

Good location, very helpful staff (stayed up till 11pm to check me in), clean spacious room with an under counter fridge and a microwave. Don't try to walk with a suitcase from the railway station - it's very much uphill!

It's quite old, but it's nevertheless good for that price and location. I didn't like daily cleaning there. I would ask not to clean my room at all for 2-3 days' stay next time. I just felt like someone was in the room and just randomly replaced my staff. Didn't get the purpose of that. No lift. If you have any health conditions or heavy suitcases, it wouldn't be the best option.

Excellent location. Clean. Good price. Would recommend for short stays. There is a bomb shelter in front of the hotel. Luckily, I haven't used it, but this information helped me to stay calm:)

Nice hotel for your stay in Kyiv... Very good value for money, room was spacious, had all the facilities you'd need, cleaned every day by friendly staff and nice view of the courtyard. Big comfy bed and good WiFi too. Would happily stay again.

I could hear my neighbours, people walking in the corridor… Cleaning lady was loudly talking in the corridor, making too much noises in the morning. Taking into account that I went to bed at 5 in the morning, due to sirens, it would be nice to be able to relax; but due to noises it didn’t happen.

The shower is rather old and not comfortable. And there is almost no soundproofing: my neighbors were leaving their room at 5-6am and I could hear everything as if they were in my room.

Good price for the city center! Staff is very kind and polite.
