The policy on children not allowed to use the spa pool after 5 it’s the silliest policy since they have the kids pool in the spa I’m sure no parents would mind their kids having fun in the pool

1.please clean the trash that can be seen from the volcano stones sauna. 2.would be nice to be allowed some time to use the spa in the day of check out (as usually spa worldwide hotels do) 3. opening time for all spa is 10:00am - way too late. For those who wake at 7am (considering there is no gym provided) we had no chance to swim before the breakfast.

we fell in love with this place! 1. New stylish modern minimalistic design- hands down! 2.Comfortable thoughtful room facilities!Kitchenette, all smart switches, modern thin black heating batteries, huge panoramic windows! 3. New good quality mattress, not that old spring ones. 4. Breakfast buffet with that panoramic view form the 8th floor. 5.rooftop pool was our favorite to do in the hotel. 6.we loved all about the spa, thoughtful location of each room (especially volcano stones sauna’s evergreen trees)

Parking space was VERY LIMITED. When I asked staff to help me with a parking lot, they couldn’t do anything… had to park with traffic rules violation. SPA is outside the property, and cost 400 UAH per person with 50% “discount”. The property itself located far away from a ski lifts, and you’ll have to go up/down to get anywhere.

Everything was new, clean and comfortable. Very good bathroom even for the “standard room”. Good and tasty breakfast, great view from the restaurant on the 8th floor and from the bar with a pool on the 7th. The staff was polite.

Nothing, this stay was a 10

From arrival, to departure, this stay was as close to perfection as you can get. It's close to the centre, an easy walk, but the hills steep. Parking is on-site, there's not a lot of it, but they double park and when it was time to leave, the parking security guy was great in moving cars around to get ours out. The receptionist was great, check in easy, restaurant upstairs is as good as, if not the best in Europe. Room huge, well appointed, bathroom excellent.

It was a little bit strange to make guests waiting after check out. They have a procedure to check apartments after each guest. High level service and such distrust in the end.

Noise around almost all days from the early morning because of repairments and new construction. Cancelled regular breakfasts for the half of our accommodation (( Rude personnel in restaurant but very good on reception and SPA. After a very long history of staying with you we decided with a high probability try next time something else ((

Very limited breakfast options and most of food is cold No one meets you when you entering breakfast area Reception staff asked us to wait while they checked the room which I found unacceptable My sister room wasn’t cleaned even when she left the card outside Personal came to the room but didn’t change the towels

Kids not allowed in spa after 4 pm. I don’t mind adult only time but at least to give your guests more time with kids to enjoy it. Unless you are not families orientated. Also was disappointed of smell in a rooms. We occupied 3 rooms and there was disgusting smell. You can feel that someone with pets stayed in a room. So if you charge 1000hrn per day for pet stay because there is advanced cleaning but you gotta improve it

Very beautiful hotel. Amazing spa area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Special thank you for guys serving breakfast and Georgian restaurant they were above and beyond.
