ChinaStayed there many times, this time stayed in its new building, but the elevator from the lobby to the floor is broken and under repair, the front desk service is so disappointing, you know the elevator doesn't work, but also arrange the guest in the high floor, give the guest that you please climb the stairs, didn't say that they will change to the low floor or help you to take your luggage inside the room, and then chased it down to say that you can go down to the dining room in the basement, and go over from there. So, one needs to go around and around to find the room, definitely inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage, or handicapped people, too many stairs. Suggested gym be equipped with a yoga mat

Ukraineall the rest - in particular the attitude of the employees that is far from appropriate for a supposed 5-star hotel (no help for luggage, inside room-service closed after 21h30, advertised pool paying, hardly a smile...) - very very old-style hotel that seems to have an urgent need for renovation - on my mind maximum 3-stars hotel.

UkraineStaff is not trained at all! It is wrong to choose this hotel if you are looking for available parking spot (as per staff, the parking is available after you wait one-two hours on the main road, when the visitors of restaurants/spa decides to leave. As a result we left our car at the nearest paid public parking (one night = c. 10€.). We travelled with my wife and the room was prepared for one persone and we had made c. 30-40 calls to the reception from the room without any success (It looks like the room’s phone is broken on purpose and we tried to reach by cellular phone and also were ignored). We come to the reception personally from 7th floor and asked to equip the room for the second person (no towels, water, etc), and we were told that all had been provided and when we got from the evening city tour, the room was not prepared. Service at the lowest level! That is not how the 5-stars hotel staff behave! That is not a 5-star hotel service level at all! This is shame! We are not going to visit this hotel again ever!
Central location, quick reach to the main city sightseeings, good view from the windows (7th floor), acceptable breakfast.

UkraineThe staff on the reception was incredibly unprofessional. I booked twin bed instead without asking they gave me two single beds. When I asked to change for one twin bed - they gave me a tiny room for one person instead of two with only one single bed! So, I had to change it once again, as a result the category of the room appeared much lower than I ordered and paid at the beginning. And the view was some fence in front of the window with constraction behind. On Saturday morning at ten the breakfast was empty although it is open till 11.00, there weren't even bread to make a toast.
The style of the hotel is very gorgeous. Everything is new of excellent quality.

UkraineThe interior is a not that new and fancy. The meeting room (negotiations room) on the 2nd floor is provided for additional price 300₴ per hour, but unfortunately it even has no printer. So i’d have to walk to the reception printer hundred times. It’s very uncomfortable. Obviously, this hotel is not 4 stars.
Good staff, breakfast buffet for reasonable and cheap price of room is included.

United States1. The hotel faces a very wide and busy street with a tram line. The tram works until midnight and starts around 5 or 6. Forget about sleep if your room overlooks the street (with is true for at least some "upgraded" rooms with balconies), unless you live in a very noisy location yourself and your sleep is not disturbed by intense city traffic. 2. The toilet in the bathroom (at least in our "luxurious" room with a sitting area) is TOO close to the shower cabin (see the photo - the shower is on the righthand side). One simply cannot sit on the toilet normally, your feet will not fit! As a result, you are sitting sideways, and cannot even access toilet paper :-(. 3. A fancy round bed in the bedroom is comfortable, but good luck turning central room lighting on/off while lying in bed... The switch is on the wall, out of reach :-(. See the photo. 4. The included buffet breakfast was passable, but disappointing at this price level, and it was the worst buffet breakfast we ever had in Ukraine, irrespective of the hotel price.
France is a centrally located hotel with access to all Vinnitsa landmarks. (I am not sure whether any of these are truly worth visiting, but it's another question). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the lady at the reception immediately upgraded us to a bigger room when we discovered that ours is facing a busy street with a tram line (the whole building vibrates when a tram passes).

United Statesthe safe situation I described, plus the service I received after reporting the issue.
I have used their safe provided in the room. I set up the code, locked the safe and went for a walk, then we slept, then we had breakfast... When it was time to leave, the safe would not open!!! I called the staff member to help me - they could not find the keys from the safe!!! Long story short - they had to cut it open so I could get my staff (1 hour later). Nerve-racking, especially because we had a flight to catch in Kiev (drove from Vinnytsia to Kiev by car). The staff blamed me for "not remembering my pin" - but I remembered my pin!!! Plus, their pin (universal pin) did not work either, plus they had no keys to this safe!!!

Irelandfor the second time, the security personnels of this hotel act in an inappropriate manner, security officer came with me and my girlfriend in the lift and breaching covid19 rules of social distancing. he could have simply asked about my room number and ID instead of acting like that.. More importantly, the soundproofing between rooms is terrible, litterally between you and the man in the next room a feather not a wall! all my stay i am uncomfortable listening to the guy next door snoring all night or talking or his bed squeaking all night. For a hotel known as "best in Vinnitsa" and too expensive it should be extremely comfortable.

United StatesBell boy was nice - he was the only person in the hotel who was polite and friendly.
We checked in late at night and staff member at the front desk first refused to check us in the room. When I started asking her questions she clarified that we would need to pay a tax of an additional $5. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. Since the room was originally booked for two people, we expected to see an extra towels, instead we had just two small towels in the room. Staff members at the front desk don’t speak English, they are rude and not customer friendly. This was my last stay in the hotel. Don’t recommend staying there because there is very low value for money.
