The room was very cosy, lovely and warm for us to spend the night waiting for our connecting flight. Nearby to shops, we walked to a mall. We ordered food as recommended from a restaurant nearby. Very friendly man came to meet us with the key and again at pick up, he actually drove us to the airport too. I keep thinking about him and everyone we met and hope and pray you all remain safe. Thank you for looking after us.

Although the bathroom was nice, the water supply in the shower was sometimes reduced. A coffee machine using capsules would be welcome. The light in the street by night is too weak.

The apartment was safe, clean, quiet, and well-equipped. There is a big commercial center nearby and the place is also a few minutes away from the airport.

Nothing to write here, all was perfect!

After spending 10 days in Ukraine we decided to stay in this apartment on our last few days as it is close to the airport. If only we had stayed here for longer! Lovely home from home apartment, very clean, beautifully decorated. Even a cot was provided for my infant which wasn’t expected! Just perfect! Friendly host, couldn’t speak much English but this wasn’t a problem as we managed to communicate the key points. Was also able to have a later check out on request. Nothing too much trouble! Yes it is a little far from the centre of Kiev but ubers are not expensive to reach the city and a smaller little town nearby with restaurants and several supermarkets within walking distance. Everything needed to cook with provided, including kettle, microwave, tea & coffee. Short stay for us but overall very happy! If we ever visit Ukraine again I’ll be sure to come back! Thank you!

Apartment has everything you need for a short stay and even more. Equipped with the necessary things and is in good condition. Smooth and pleasant check in - check out, the manager was very welcoming and helpful even though we came much later than initially agreed , she has arranged herself accordingly, organized the taxi for us to ensure we are at the airport on time.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about this place.

This place is really clean and fully equipped. It’s also pretty big too, we had 2 large bedrooms and beds, a full kitchen and dining table. The hostess was the best! She met us and helped us set up a taxi for early the next morning. There is also a mini mart out in front of the place which was handy for drinks and snacks without having to get a taxi.

It was close to the airport not a big deal but yet I guess if there is something to say about my stay there that I didn't like this would be the only thing I can come up with.

I liked the staff, the management. I was well taken care of and made to feel welcome. There was a mall and many food markets within walking distance. Very friendly community of families walking the streets spending evenings and weekends together.

I can't really think of any flaws or drawbacks, everything was great.

Host lady was exceptionally friendly and helpful, she also arranged transfer to the airport for the next day. Apartment itself is located on the 7th floor, it is spaceous, clean and tidy. There was 2 separate rooms with good quality beds, and a common kitchen area. Kitchen is fully equipped which is good if one needs to prepare some food for the child, for example. Large and clean bathroom. This is our second stay at Grace Apartments and I believe not the last. Keep up the good work!

Extremely noisy neighbors. Couldn't sleep until 2 a.m. "Taxi- shuttle" is too expensive. Gas stove for decoration purpose only-no matches.

Went for medical procedures, so Location near airport was great. Design.
